การนากลยทธไปสการปฏบต เปนกระบวนการในการ

เปลยนแปลงกลยทธทมความเปนนามธรรมไปสความเปนรปธรรม เปนกระบวนการทบคลากรทกคนในองคกรจะตองมสวนรวมในการนาไปสความสาเรจ เปนหวใจสาคญของการ

บรหารเชงกลยทธ เปนกระบวนการทมโอกาสเกดความลมเหลวสงสด


ประกอบไปดวย การปดชองวางท

เปนอปสรรคในการนากลยทธไปปฏบต การสรางความ

รบร มงม น และพนธะผกพนตอกลยทธใหเกดแกบคลากรทกระดบ การแปลงแผน

กลยทธไปสแผนปฏบตงาน

ยกตวอยางเร องทเหนวาเปนนโยบายหรอยทธศาสตรทสามารถนาไปปฏบตไดผลสาเรจ Assignment แบงกลมเปน 6 กลม แตละกลมระดมสมองใหไดตวอยางนโยบาย

หรอยทธศาสตรทสามารถนาไปปฏบตได ผลสาเรจ อยางนอยกลมละ 1 เร อง พรอมวเคราะหปจจยทสาคญตอความสาเรจ (ใหเวลา 10 นาท) นาเสนอ 2 นาทตอกลม
