Abacus provides flexible financial solutions by offering the

alternatives to buy, rent or opt for a complete turnkey solution.

Founded in 1995, Abacus Space Solutions is a South

African owned company that specialises in manufacturing

and delivering modular building solutions. The company

operates under the Waco Africa division of the global

commercial services company, Waco International.

The Jet Park factory in Gauteng is ISO 9001 : 2008 and

OHSAS 18001:2007 certified. Abacus is a level 3 BBBEE

contributor. There are currently 9 branches nationwide.

Meeting the tighter timelines for on-site accommodation,

offices, ablution blocks and communal buildings is the driving

principle behind Abacus’ signature product - EzeeSpace.

Locally manufactured, the core flat pack unit is wider

than imported alternatives. The design principles focus on

configuration flexibility making EzeeSpace the ultimate

versatile, and scalable, space solution.

The units are robust, with a rigid stiffer floor. Insulation and

quality finishes deliver a comfortable environment. Safety

is paramount and EzeeSpace units will shortly be Agrément

SA certified.

Packed flat, up to five 3m x 6m EzeeSpace units can be loaded

onto a single flat bed truck. Each unit is delivered totally self-

contained with all fittings and can be assembled by crane in less

than four hours. As the customer’s needs change the units can

be relocated and reconfigured to meet the new requirements.

The choice of modular buildings available on either long or short term rental from our fleet of over 1,500 units is extensive, affordable and ready for immediate delivery.

Aesthetically designed and built in the controlled environment of the Abacus factory, EzeeCabins are easily and timeously transported to anywhere in the country.

While the site is being prepared, the Abacus factory will

manufacture the bespoke panelised modular units

that are required. Project delays and on-site work are

minimised and the result is well designed, permanent

A turnkey camp solution

Camp accommodation can be a ‘home away from home’ experience through an EzeeStay Village. This solution aims to meet the growing lifestyle expectations of on-site

contracted workforces within the mining, construction and energy industries, and offers a full array of quality on-site hospitality services.

EzeeStay offers hotel-style pricing, which includes the rental of the buildings and all the required hospitality services. This solution enables the customers to concentrate on

their core business while EzeeStay takes care of the staff’s hospitality needs.

Abacus builds and runs customer-commissioned camps as well as a network of fully serviced, managed accommodation villages in key regional locations.

Situated within 5 kilometres of Kendal power station and

10 kilometres of Kusile; Kendal EzeeStay Village is ideally

located close to major construction projects and mines in

the Witbank area.

The village, which will ultimately be able to accommodate

230 people, showcases the versatility of EzeeSpace and

the EzeeStay turnkey camp solution that Abacus provides.
