From Concept to Creation

he construction industry along with infrastructure development is the growth engine of India and has undergone a dramatic change in the last few decades.New materials, automation and sophisticated equipment have increased speed and reduced costs albeit, only till the structural stage.
T
t the post structural construction level, materials and processes still remain largely unchanged. Over 50% of construction projects suffer from delays and over spending and more than 30% of the completed projects have quality defects resulting in huge cost and time overruns. This is mainly because of increasing costs and lack of easy availability of materials like sand, cements, labour and such essential resources. Delays are also due to inconsistency in materials, inefficiency of labour, talent, training and fatigue.
A
t Entice Construction we look at these problems as opportunities. Built on the philosophy of concept to creation and better for builders, architects, contractors, masons and customers. Entice Construction traces its roots back to 2012in Gujarat and since then have never looked back. We can proudly say that we are one of the most trusted manufacturer of construction material companies in Gujaratas well as Mumbai supplying construction material named RHINO PLAST & RHINO BONDER. Since many years. We attribute the strength of our company to our professional ethic of providing a quality standard of construction material within program to the client's needs and requirements.

It contains Dry cement mortar comprising 53 grade major brand OPC cement that develops very fast strength and speeds up construction. When mixed with water it forms a paste which binds the rock, sand and gravel.
Major Brand Cement
Additives
Some additives, strong polymers and selected chemicalsare also included in RHINO PLAST to make the plaster free of cracks, better bounding, that reduces shrinkage and leakage, makes your application waterresistance and smooth.
RHINO PLAST
Here comes the final product named RHINO PLAST available in50kg bags RHINO PLAST is packed in easy to handle bag for supplyand use at work place without re-handling of materials. RHINO PLAST has perfect bonding on any surface during application and negligiblerebounding. Hence during plastering process wastage is almost nil.
Graded Sand
What is RHINO PLAST?
Rhino plast is a Polymer base pre mix dry Plaster. Rhino plast is fine quality wall plasterspecially formulated to give a superior finish and strength to the interior and exterior surface. It is a premix single application made of following Ingredients.
RHINO PLAST contains dust proof sand which is duly dried ,cleaned and screened mechanically which results into smooth surface and strong bonding between sand particles.
Preparing the Surface
Apply the water mix material on the wet surface of wall.
The thickness of plaster must be between 8 to12mm on single application.
The surface must be free from dust and stickiness etc. It may effect on bounding process.
First wet the surface area of application of material by spraying water. Do not apply material on dry surface.
Add 11to12 ltr water in RHINO PLAST 50kg. bag.
Mix the material.(Use electric mixer for better mix.)
Leave the wet mix material for 3 to 4 minutes.

Mix the grey powder with 6-7 liter water for 25 kg bag of Rhino Bond and carry proper mixing until lump free soft and smooth mix is obtained.
Prepare mix quantity to be consumed within 2-3 hours of mixing.
Apply mixed thick paste in 3-6 mm (approx) thickness and comb with jagged trowel in area for fixing tiles within 10-15 minutes.
Check periodically the area applied for fixing tiles. In case formation of skin is not found over the applied paste, continue fixing tiles otherwiseremove and apply a new layer.
Check and clear back of each tile before fixing.
The tile joints on surface to be filled in after a day of fixing.
Start filling joints only after one day using “Rhino Bonder”.
Method of Application - Wall Tilling
Precautions & Limitations
Substrate should be tolerable and in good condition for fitting the tiles on substrate.
Always add Rhino Bonder to water.
Never mix the material with cement and sand.
Do not use Rhino Bonder on gypsum plaster, wood and metal for tiling.
Never use for vertical cladding of stone and tiles.
Adequately flexible to tackle thermal & physical movements
Excellent water resistant quality
Ready to use so, Easy use at site
Excellent bonding and low shrinkage
Attractive look & feel for interiors & exteriors
Quick tile fitting (Time Saving)
Features & Benefits
What is RHINO BONDER?Entice Construction to introduce yet another product namely Rhino Bonder cementbased and chemically treated and mechanically mix cement mortar for fixing all kinds of tiles
The Rhino Bonder contains mechanically graded & dried sand, 53 grade cement, tested fillers, polymers and chemical additives to give it perfect bonding properties. It thus replaces the conventional cement mortar used for tiles laying and fixing. The Rhino Bonder is mechanically treated and mixed with precision to maintain quality toenable withstand concept of creation in place of conventional mortar.
The Rhino Bonder (grey color powder) need only water to add and paste for application is ready to use with excellent bonding quality, water proof, free fromshrinkage and cracks. Therefore, Rhino Bonder is worth experiencing its bonding capacity, easy to prepare and economical for future uses for fixing of tiles in place of conventional cement mortar.

This process contains sand screening, cement mixing, water measurement, mixing of all these and again re-handling of all materials.
As RHINO PLAST is ready mix dry plaster, it takes 1/3 time to start plasterprocess.
Wastage occurs while sand screening,re-handling of materials and rebound loss during plastering work.
It is premix so sand screening, re-handling of materials are not required and it contains selective additives, so rebound loss is less.
Sand contains dust, moisture and also screening process is done manuallyat site by labours.
RHINO PLAST contains dust proof sandwhich is duly dried, cleaned andscreened mechanically.
In this process sand contains dust and moisture, so shrinkage and leakageoccurs after long time
RHINO PLAST contains dust proof sandwhich is duly dried and cleaned, sothere is less chance of shrinkage and leakage.
Material mixing is done manually by labours at site so exact ratio is not maintained as per civil engineeringstandard.
RHINO PLAST is machine processed and also exactly measured as per required standard.
This process involves labours at eachstage, so plastering process requiresmore time.
It is ready to use, so it requires minimumpossible time to start plasteringprocess.
It requires huge and specific storagearea for materials like sand and cement to avoid wastage.
RHINO PLAST is available in 50 kg laminated bags which is easy to store atwork site.
Due to uneven sand particles, this process results into rough surface.
RHINO PLAST contains duly dried, cleaned and graded sand which resultsinto smooth surface.
Sand contains dust and moisture as wellas mixing process is done manually, so bonding and strength is less, also plaster gains cracks.
Consistency
RHINO PLAST has perfect bonding on any surface, it is free from cracks andmore durable for its quality.
It’s manual mixture of materials like sand and cement, so consistency is notmaintained.
It’s tested at recognized and approved laboratories for strength and quality, soconsistency is always there.
