It's important to know our Advisors are ...

Independent advisors and are held to a fiduciary standard

with your best interest in mind. What does that really mean?

The fiduciary standard is regulated by the Securities and

Exchange Commission (SEC) or state securities regulators,

both of which hold advisers to a fiduciary standard that

requires them to put their client's interests above their own.

The act is pretty specific in defining what a fiduciary means,

and it stipulates that advisers must place their interests

below that of their clients. It consists of a duty of loyalty

and care. For example, advisors cannot buy securities for

their accounts prior to buying them for clients and are

prohibited from making trades that may result in higher

commissions for themselves or their investment firms. This

foundational principal guides our investment solutions and

advice.

Foundations Core Series

Powered By BlackRock

4 Models: CORE40 CORE 60 CORE 80 CORE 100

Traditional Index ETFs & Factor ETFs

Internal Cost: Looks to reduce costs by using cheaper Index ETFs wherever they can deliver the targeted exposure

Source of Alpha & Objective: A traditional total return strategy, where majority of its alpha is derived from the strategic & tactical asset allocation decisions made relative to the benchmark. A smaller component of the alpha will come from active management within the factor strategies chosen

Goal: Deliver the highest risk adjusted return possible, net of fees, with a keen eye on cost efficiency.

4 Models: SMART CORE 40 SMART CORE 60 SMART CORE 80 SMART CORE 100

More Targeted, Specific Factor & Smart-Beta ETFs

Internal Cost: Looks to maximize exposure to higher alpha potential inherent in Factor ETFs and will assume a higher fee in doing so.

Source of Alpha & Objective: Also thought of as a traditional total return strategy, but one which employs Factor Rotation alongside a preference for Factor ETFs. This series will have a higher weighting to factor strategies as a percentage of the overall portfolio which will attempt to provide a higher alpha target.

Goal: Provide clients greater exposure to additional source of potential alpha targeted via factor investing.
