About Insurance PartnersWe have been able to develop an appointment generation system that is efficient, cost effective and measurable.

The Insurance Partners program is designed to promote a win/win relationship between Clients and Insurance Partners. We are only remunerated when the Client makes a sale.

Insurance Partners currently utilises the skills of several specialist IT Consultants, Data Mining Consultants, Asterisk and PSP Programmers to assist in the development of the Insurance Partners offering.

What do we do?Insurance Partners is essentially a data collection and call centre. We contact prospects from a list of business types which have been vetted by the Client. This list is comprehensive and up to date.

We will often talk to prospects 2 or 3 times a year before securing an appointment time and date for the Client to visit.

When we receive permission to pass on the prospects details we endeavour to confirm their due date lies somewhere in the coming 6 weeks. This gives the Client the opportunity to prepare for an appointment.

What do we do?In every case we attempt to secure an appointment.

In our experience, the conversion rate from “lead to sale” increases dramatically when the Client is given the opportunity to visit the prospect rather than being trapped into providing a quote over the phone.

What you get!As you can imagine, developing a cold call into a prospect is a difficult job.

Developing a prospect that you have not spoken to before is also a challenge. So, we try to help you as much as we can by providing (wherever possible):-

•The correct due date•The correct contact name•The correct business name•The correct contact number and,•Some comments about the prospect•Current Insurer•Current Premium•Duration with Insurer

We then provide this information in en email for you.

What the prospect gets!The prospect may have spoken to us once or several times over a number of years.

In every case the prospect is given the opportunity to meet with our clients. An opportunity they may have never had in the past!

The prospect also receives an email from Insurance Partners which thanks them for the opportunity to do business with them and discloses commission paid to Insurance Partners. A link to the clients website is also included.

What the prospect gets!

As a special service Insurance Partners will begin surveying all prospects, generally within 6 weeks of from the due date via email.

The survey is designed to show the prospect we are serious about trying to secure their business and quality customer service .

What do we say?

Probably nothing different to what you would say if you were prospecting over the phone. However, that’s all we do.

We do not have to arrange quotes, visit the prospect, research the prospect, attend product and sales meetings, engage in compliance audits, service existing clients etc.

Our focus is only on generating an appointment for you. Because this is our sole objective we have taken the time to develop questioning skills and techniques that maximise the short time we have with the prospect.

What do we ask of you?

Over the past few years we have been gathering and analysing sales results.

After experimenting with various processes we found the following approach yields the best outcome for Clients and Insurance Partners.

•Clients should contact the prospect within 24-48 hours of the appointment being set.

•Reporting of outcomes and delivering feedback to Insurance Partners is critical

• Leads are to be pursued until a measurable outcome is achieved
