City Walk

Jumeira Bay Island
Jumeira Bay is a six million sq. ft. mixed-use island
development by Meraas, sculpted in the shape of a
titanic seahorse riding the arcs of sand and rock.
Located off the coast of Jumeira Beach Road, the
island can be directly accessed via a 300 meter
bridge that has been exclusively provided for
residents and visitors.
Featuring low-rise residential buildings and villas,
the manmade island will include illuminated gardens
and pools, interspersed by boulevards.
Bluewaters Island
Bluewaters Island is a man-made mixed use
island located off the coast of Jumeira Beach
Residence. Ain Dubai, the world’s largest
observation wheel, forms the unique
centerpiece of this development that is
poised to become one of the world’s largest
tourism hot spots. The island will also feature
retail, residential, hospitality and
entertainment zones.
La Mer
La Mer integrates minimalist and contemporary design,

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa
Nikki Beach; the ultimate beach club experience that
combines the elements of entertainment, dining, music,

locations, Nikki Beach creates a one-of-a-kind ambiance.
Nikki Beach Residences will comprise 63 exclusively

BVLGARI Resort & Residences
Designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio CitterioPatricia Viel and Partners, the Bulgari Resort &Residences is a first-of-its-kind master development inscale and magnitude that aesthetically translates thecore values of its two partners – Bulgari and Meraas.
The Bulgari Resort Dubai at Jumeira Bay Island, the fifthBulgari Hotels and Resorts property in the world, willcomprise 101 rooms and suites in the main hotelbuildings, as well as 20 hotel villas and a full range ofluxury hotel facilities.
Comprising 165 apartments, eight penthouses and 15mansions, every residential unit at the developmentwill offer magnificent views. Hub Zero
Hub Zero has been designed as the regions first
immersive entertainment park featuring renowned video
game intellectual properties (IPs). Taking shape at CITY
WALK, Hub Zero will emerge as a state-of-the-art indoor
entertainment park that comprises an extensive e-Sports
LAN gaming zone and a children’s play area, in addition
to event rooms, retail space, and food and beverage
offerings.
With its unique attractions that are complemented by a
calendar of exciting events and tournaments, Hub Zero is
certain to appeal to gamers and non-gamers alike. As the
first destination of its kind in the region, the immersive
entertainment park is set to emerge as the definitive,
must-visit attraction for the Middle Eastern gaming
community – including visitors and residents.
Mattel Play! Town
Mattel Play! Town, a 5,000 square metre interactive
themed eduplay attraction where children between the
ages of 2 and 10 can meet and interact with some of the
most popular and well-loved children’s characters.
In partnership with global toy company Mattel, the
attraction features play experiences based on five world
recognised brands: Barneyᵀᴹ, Thomas & Friendsᵀᴹ, Bob
the Builderᵀᴹ, Angelina Ballerinaᵀᴹ, and Fireman Samᵀᴹ.
Mattel Play! Town is built on the concept of eduplay, a
play-based education theory that highlights the
importance of stimulating children’s imagination and
fantasy to facilitate the development of social skills.
Mattel Play! Town is located at CITY WALK and is now
open.

The Green Planet
The Green Planet, the region’s first bio-dome that
recreates the enchanting world of a tropical forest with
its rich biodiversity of over 3,000 plants and animals. The
enclosed ecosystem, located at CITY WALK, will offer
visitors an immersive expedition into the tropics, inviting
them to delve deeper into the secrets of nature and
experience first-hand the magnificence of one of the
world’s oldest living ecosystems.
Within The Green Planet, a majestic green canopy will
cover the lush tropical vegetation, recreating the natural
habitat of an abundance of species and giving visitors
striking glimpses into the beauty of another world. The
bio-dome will seamlessly integrate exhibitions and
displays that encourage visitors to explore the inner
workings of the ecosystem. The building also includes a
giant 25-metre tree, which is the largest indoor man-
made and life-sustaining tree in the world.
Splash Pad Dubai
Operated and managed by Meraas, Splash Pad is an
outdoor water splash park, located on The Beach,
opposite JBR Walk. The exciting wet play area offers a
range of water activities and engagement ideas with
fountains, tipper buckets, water squirters and
Imagination Playground Blocks™ in a safe and
controlled environment for children of all ages,
starting as young as 1 years old.

Dubai Parks and Resorts is a is set to be the region’slargest integrated theme park destination comprisingthree theme parks: motiongate™ Dubai, a movie inspiredtheme park showcasing some of Hollywood’s mostbeloved characters from DreamWorks Animation, SonyPictures Studios and Lionsgate; Bollywood Parks™ Dubai,the first theme park based on the sights and sounds ofBollywood; as well as LEGOLAND® Dubai, a unique,interactive theme park for families which will bring thewell-known LEGO® brick to life in a playful learningenvironment;

Rove Hotels
Developed jointly by Meraas and Emaar, Rove Hotels is a hotel
brand that reflects the pulse of modern Dubai. With properties in
key locations in the city and designed for the new generation
traveller who recognises value, stays connected through
technology and gravitates towards culturally-inspired
surroundings, Rove Hotels defines a new niche in Dubai’s vibrant
hospitality sector.
The first project in the Rove Hotels portfolio is Rove Downtown
Dubai, centrally located in the city near the business and lifestyle
centres of Dubai. Other upcoming properties will be located in Al
Jafiliya, Oud Metha, Port Saeed, Dubai Marina and nearby to

Dubai Hills Estate
Meraas and Emaar Properties are jointly developing Dubai
Hills Estate as part of the first phase of the Mohammed Bin
Rashid City. Centrally located at the junction of Umm Al
Sequim Road and Al Khail Road, the mixed-use development
will span over 11 million square meters. The project will
include a gated villa community with unique neighborhoods
set around an 18-hole championship golf course. Dubai Hills
Estate will also feature an iconic commercial center, low-rise
and mid-rise residences, hotels and serviced hotel
apartments, as well as high-end retail centers and varied
leisure amenities. The master-planned development will
include educational institutions, healthcare facilities and
mosques.
Dubai Canal Project
Meraas, Meydan and RTA are developing the three-kilometer
(1.9-mile) Dubai Canal project which will extend from the
Business Bay district and cross Sheikh Zayed Road, between
Safa and 1st Interchanges, and will pass across Safa Park and Al
Wasl Road and terminate at the Arabian Gulf. The project will
span more than 80,000 square meters and will encompass
new shopping and entertainment centers linked through a
uniquely designed bridge to more than 450 new restaurants
along with luxurious marinas for yachts, and four world-class
hotels.
