A BOUT T HE T RAILS AND P ROPERTY Called “the hidden jewel” in Northeast Florida, the Jacksonville Arboretum & Gardens opened in November 2008 – covering 120 acres and featuring 13 distinct ecosystems. Each trail is measured in both distance and number of steps an average adult or child takes to complete the trail. Points of interest and cyber yoga stations can be accessed through QR codes located on posts along the trails. T OURS AND P ROGRAMS Tours and field trips are available at the Arboretum. On the 4th Saturday of each month, the Arboretum offers tours to the public free of charge. Special guided tours and field trips can be arranged if there are volunteers available. ABOUT THE TRAILS AND PROPERTY
