WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. We

ask that you please arrive a minimum of fifteen minutes prior to the

commencement of your service, which will allow adequate time to

check in, complete our lifestyle consultation form, and relax prior

to your service.

We understand that on occasion a situation may arise resulting

in a late arrival, and although we will do everything we can to

accommodate you, to avoid any disruption to other guests, we

may have to shorten the requested service or reschedule your

appointment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you provide 24-hours notice of any individual

appointment cancellation, and 48-hours notice when cancelling a

group booking. We reserve the right to charge for any service when

guests do not provide notice, and miss a scheduled appointment.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, cash and debit cards.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

Gratuity is not included in our prices, and is appreciated, but

at your discretion.

Our staff will accommodate any privacy concerns you may have,

so please inquire at our front desk about any special clothing
