Customs House approached the team at Liquidity to activate their riverfront space over the summer months. We conceptualised a trendy, summer centric, Aperol Spritz pop up bar. From there we created branding, designed promotional collateral, shot a full suite of professional photography, secured features in Brisbane’s major media and publications, and managed a VIP launch event to kick off a summer of spritzing at Customs House.

A standout event for Brisbane in 2017, West Village approached us to activate a space undergoing development in South Brisbane, and so the Brisbane Ice Cream Festival was created. Liquidity provided full service for this project, from conception, to event management and execution, stall holder management, ticketing, branding and design, social media strategy, and one of our most successful PR campaigns to date, registering the interest of over 30, 000 people in Brisbane.

With immersive experiences at their core, we helped The Kitchens in activating their new cooking stage with big name celebrity chefs like George Calombaris, Ben Williamson, Alastair Mcleod, Matt Golinski, and Matt Sinclair.

A collaboration between Cloudland and Absolut, Absolut Enigma Underground was a pop up promotion to activate Absolut’s premier label, Elyx, and the underground bar at Cloudland through the cooler months. Liquidity was contracted to run a press campaign and launch the pop up promotion with a selection of Brisbane VIPs, media and influencers.

The Kitchens came to Liquidity for a concept to activate the top floor of their dining precinct, spotlight their late night trade, and generate awareness for the retailers. Liquidity delivered an event called Food Safari, a progressive dinner that included all seven of the top floor retailers, where we designed the collateral, managed the event and had an on-site professional photographer.

Liquidity manages monthly celebrity chef activations with The Kitchens, and for the month of May found it fitting to tie into a ticketed event for Mother’s Day. From the concept development to the ticketing webpage, design collateral and event management, the team rolled out the VIP cooking demonstration and Mother’s Day high tea for 30 guests from generation to execution.

FUELPOP UP PROMOTION, PHOTOGRAPHY, V IDEOGRAPHY & PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGN

THE BRIEFTo build awareness for the Salt Meats Cheese brand in the Brisbane market and successfully launch their first ever food truck.

THE STRATEGYLiquidity constructed a media release announcing the launch of the Salt Meats Cheese Fuel truck which detailed the launch activation details. Free pizzas were handed out as well as pizza towels to the first lucky 60 customers. The activation was designed to gain quick traction with local media and get Brisbane customers excited for the brand.

Multiple mentions were achieved in some of the city’s most recognised hospitality media outlets, including, The Courier Mail Kitchen Confidential, Hospitality Magazine, Must Do Brisbane, The Urban List and BMag.

The coverage created a lot of hype for the giveaway activation, as well as celebrating the introduction of the brand into the Brisbane market.

THE RESULTS• 60 pizza towels were given away• 462 pizzas were sold opening day• 17 media mentions• Over 1.8 million people reached

A project that’s been as much fun as it has been hard work, Liquidity developed everything from online strategies to guerilla marketing tactics for Sock It Up. After logos were designed by Adam Gower, we developed everything from an SEO optimised shop website, to social media campaigns, pop up promotions, creative photography and design, taking an online sock subscription and turning it into a consistent and engaging brand.

Specialising in yoga pop ups and events around town, Urban Bliss approached us for a new look with their branding. We created beautiful logos that matched the brand personality, along with a full branding style guide, membership cards, a fully responsive and branded website, and collateral for their pop up silent yoga event to raise money for The Black Dog Institute.
