In the data analysis, the research uses causal survey method by using path analysis technique. This study uses the sample from 153 teacher in six senior high school in Seluma who are selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1). There is a positive direct effect of rewards on innovation .(2). There is a positive direct effect of self-efficacy on innovation, and (3). ABSTRACT

The reseach is aimed to investigate the effect of (1) rewards and (2) self-efficacy (3) innovation of teacher the senior high school in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of rewards and self-efficacy on innovation. It was a quantuitative research in six schools located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu.

The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. It was conducted to 153 teachers as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.

The result of this study are : (1). There is a positive direct effect of rewards on innovation .(2). There is a positive direct effect of self-efficacy on innovation, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of rewards on self-efficacy .
