This document is to give a brief outline of the routine testing to be carried out for each transformer. Test Certificates will be given after the test.A comprehensive routine testing procedure can be referred to in the Routine Test Procedure of the Quality Control Department. The routine test is performed in accordance with the IEC 60076 standard.

Item Test Item Objectives Acceptance Criteria Test Equipments1 Measurement of To measure the resistance of each The resistance variation of each HV Autometic Transformer Winding

winding resistance. HV and LV windings. winding within +/- 8%, and the Resitance Meter variation of each LV winding within +/- 12 %

2 Measurement of voltage To measure the voltage turn ratio The voltage ratio error shall be Transformer Turn Ratio Meter ratio and phase and vector group of the transformers. within +/- 0.5 % for each tap displacement.

3 Measurement of short To measure the load losses ( copper Not exceed + 15% of guaranteed Digital Power Meter, Yokogawa circuit impedance and losses ) and the percent of impedance for Load Loss , and not exceed load losses. voltage. + /- 10% of guaranteed impedance

4 Measurement of No-load To measure the no-load losses ( core Not exceed + 15% of guaranteed Digital Power Meter, Yokogawa losses and no-load losses ) and the no-load current for No-Load Loss current. ( exiting current )

5 Separate source AC To test the insulation between HV and No collapse of the test voltage Apply potential test set for AC 50 Hz. voltage withstand test LV side, HV side and GND, LV side
