The Tampa Sports Authority welcomes you to the world premier outdoor entertainment venue, a 65,890-seat stadium that is acces-sible to all guests. Raymond James Stadium was designed to offer an exciting, comfortable experience for everyone. Parking, seat-ing, concessions, restrooms, water fountains and signage follow guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Welcome

Parking

There are two disabled accessible parking lots at RJS: Lot A, accessed from Dale Mabry Highway on the northwest

corner of the stadium, and Lot C, accessed from Himes Avenue on southeast corner of the stadium.

Accessible Drop -Off

Guests with disabilities may be dropped off near stadium entrances at the gate indicated on their ticket.

Gates A, D and West Club: From Dale Mabry Highway, travel east on Tom McEwen Blvd and enter near Lot D, outside bollards.

Gates B, C and East Club: From Himes Avenue, enter at Lot B, outside bollards.

Public or chartered transportation may drop off guests with disabilities at entrances A and C (see parking). For transportation from parking lots 1-10, notify the parking lot supervisor.

General Drop-Off

All other guests must be dropped off at the mass transit drop-off (drive north on Dale Mabry Highway and enter

just before the pedestrian crosswalk to Steinbrenner Field.)

Stadium Entrances

Escalators, accessible ramps and wheeled-equipment entrances are all located at each gate. Elevators are located

at Gates A and C for general admission fans with disabilities and at each club and suite lobby for club admission fans with disabilities.

Seating and Tickets

Accessible seating is available in all areas of the stadium, including clubs and suites. Gurney viewing positions

are available in both end zones. Ticket windows are wheelchair accessible and located in the South Plaza.

Information and Concierge

Information booths are located outside at Gates A and B in the North Plaza and between Gates C and D in the South

Plaza; near each ramp on the main concourse; and at the 50-yard line on the upper concourses. Concierges are available in both the east and west club lobbies and at the top of the elevator in the club lounges.

Restrooms

All restrooms are wheelchair accessible and have changing tables. Companion restrooms are available on the main

and upper concourses. Please see the nearest information booth for locations or to request an access key for family restrooms.

ATMS

ATMS are located throughout the stadium: on the main concourse, three at Quad B and three at Quad D; one in each

club lounge; and one on each upper concourse at Quads B and D. Concession stands accept traveler’s checks (US dollars only) and permanent stands take credit cards.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted inside the stadium. Please contact stadium personnel in advance to make

arrangements. Space for an animal will be provided upon request.

Medical Needs

Please contact stadium personnel in advance to make arrangements. Listening devices are available upon

request. Bottled water and complimentary cups of ice are available

at concession stands. Wheelchair-accessible water fountains are located near the exit stairs on each concourse and in the clubs.

Stadium Evacuation

In the event of a stadium evacuation, stadium personnel and law enforcement officers will be available to assist

guest with disabilities.

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas:• Inside each gate on ground level

• Along the exterior wall on the west concourse across from sections 103,108 and 118

• Along the exterior wall on the east concourse across from sections 129, 133 and 143

• On the terraces by the elevators of each club level and outside each club ramp door

First Aid

First aid stations are located on the ground level near Ramp C and on the main and upper concourses near

Ramps B and D. The stadium offers areas of refuge and climate-controlled areas for general-ticketed guests with disabilities. These areas are located on the main and upper concourses in the first aid stations and in the elevator lobbies at Gates A and C.

Courtesy telephones are located at all information/concierge booths. The stadium office TDD phone number
