What are the supports and services within Second Life that we should be aware of in meeting the needs of learners with disabilities? Do principles of universal design apply in SL, and if so should the website design or built environment principles be followed? Where might we refer a learner for an assistive technology assessment to use SL? Are there support groups and agencies active in SL for information and referral? How are persons with disabilities using SL?
