Access Shareowner Online through Teamworks This guide details the process to access your Shareowner Online account directly from Teamworks. In advance of the vesting date, you may perform account updates in Shareowner Online, such as updating your mailing address, changing your delivery preferences for account documents or completing your tax certification.

1. Access the 2020 Broad-based RSR page on Teamworks and click the

Shareowner Online link.

2. Enter your Wells Fargo username and password.

3. If you have an existing Shareowner Online account, you will be taken to the

landing page, which displays your Portfolio view. Shares for this restricted share rights award will not be displayed in your Wells Fargo & Company account until they have been vested and deposited into your account in February 2020.

4. If you do not have an existing Shareowner Online account, you will begin the

registration process by accepting the ESIGN and Online Access agreements.

Please read and click the checkboxes to accept these agreements. Your

acceptance allows you to access information and perform transactions on

Shareowner Online.

5. Create your Shareowner Online account credentials:

6. Your account transaction statements and other eligible documents, such as

company communications and direct deposit notices, along with tax forms, will be saved electronically to your Shareowner Online account. You will receive an email notification when new forms become available. Choose “Mail” to have paper documents mailed to you.

7. Once you have successfully registered for Shareowner Online access, you will be taken to the landing page, which displays your Portfolio view. Once vested, your net shares from this restricted share rights award will be displayed in your account.
