Construction management plan (CMP) (minor)

This condition is to be applied when construction activities need to be limited to manage the impact on the surrounding area. Endorsement from Council is not required. The CMP assessment table should be used as a guide

Filling and/or excavation This condition is to be applied if filling or excavation is proposed, is assessable against Brisbane City Plan 2014 and is acceptable to Council in principle but requires further lodgement of detailed earthworks drawings for assessment

Filling and/or excavation (minor) This condition is to be applied if filling or excavation is proposed, is assessable against Brisbane City Plan 2014 and is acceptable to Council in principle and can be undertaken in accordance with the approved drawings that will include a conceptual earthworks plan

Future road widening This condition is to be imposed where the site is impacted by a future road reserve widening by Council that must not be prejudiced by the development

Grant easements This condition is to be applied where there are easements proposed or required by Council

Lawful point of discharge This condition is to be applied when the point of stormwater discharge from the development is dependent on the consent of a third party property owner. It should be applied irrespective of whether or not consent has been obtained prior to approval being granted as the consent may be rescinded during the life of the approval

Onsite drainage - minor This condition is to be applied to ensure stormwater is piped to a lawful point of discharge and sufficient detail has been provided at Development Application (DA) stage to enable construction without further detailed design

Onsite erosion (high risk) This condition is to be applied where the development involves disturbance of soil and the applicant has certified on the 'erosion hazard assessment' from that the site is high risk.

Onsite erosion (low risk) This condition is to be applied where the development involves disturbance of soil and the applicant has certified on the 'erosion hazard assessment' from that the site is low risk.

Ponding of stormwater This condition is to be applied to ensure that properties adjoining the development site are not adversely affected by any change to stormwater runoff that the development may cause

Protect existing infrastructure This condition is to be applied to ensure that any alteration or damage caused to existing infrastructure is the responsibility of the developer and is rectified by the developer at no cost to Council

Redundant crossover This condition is to be applied where there is an existing vehicle crossover that will be redundant as a result of the development

Refuse collection - kerbside (external road or internal private road)

This condition is to be applied where the proposal involves either kerbside refuse collection from the site frontage or from an internal private road

Refuse collection - Onsite This condition is to be applied where the proposal involves onsite refuse collection

Refuse Storage - kerbside Collection

This condition is to be applied where for kerbside refuse collection the general and recycling bins are to be stored within an enclosure

Refuse storage - Onsite bulk collection

This condition is to be applied where refuse collection will be made from on the site via a bulk bin collection

Remove redundant drainage outlets

This condition is to be applied where an existing drainage outlet is no longer proposed to be used

Repair damage to kerb, footpath or road

This condition is to be applied to all approvals to ensure that any damage to kerb, footpath or road that occurs during construction of the development is repaired at no cost to Council

Retaining walls This condition is to be applied where retaining walls are to be constructed as part of the development
