Accomodation for ECOC 2007 Block bookings with special rates have been made in the hotels named hereafter. Reservations may be placed exclusively via the hotel agency Compass Tours Incoming GmbH (CTI) by using the attached Reservation Form. The hotels have been chosen under consideration of easy and timesaving access to the conference centre ICC by public transport. Nevertheless the hotel agency CTI is prepared to offer additional accommodation in guest houses or youth hostels for smaller budgets. Please be aware that some of these guest houses are located in the suburbs of Berlin with time-consuming access to the conference venue. Please take into consideration that mid of September is still a very popular season for holidays in the German capital. It’s therefore recommended to arrange for accommodation as soon as possible. All room rates are per night and include 19% VAT and breakfast buffet. Any additional charges such as telephone, minibar , etc. must be paid upon departure at the registration desk of the hotel.
