I would like to share with you a summary of how they went. Over the course of two days, teams from each operation reported on their annual initiatives and long-term plans. We analyzed what is going right and what is going wrong. We also looked ahead and planned for the future. We recommitted to who we are, where we want to go and how we’re going to get there. As always, it was a stimulating process with active participation. This year we decided to hold the meetings on site in Belding, Michigan and Gilmer, Texas. A team from headquarters and each location travelled to the host site. I would like to thank both the Enclosure and Raceway operations for their hospitality. Overall, the meetings were very productive. Both Robroy Raceways and Robroy Enclosures laid out exciting paths for growth. Many initiatives are in place to address the short-term and long-term needs of the operations. I have great confidence in our teams and their ability to achieve our goals. Here are some high-level takeaways from the sessions. Integration – Robroy has been actively increasing the team involvement between our operations. It was great to see the teams engage and interact as they toured the facilities and participated in the meetings. We are making noticeable strides in improved integration. It is easy to get mired in details and lose site of the big picture. It is also easy to spend too much time planning and lose focus on executing the details. At times we have been out of balance. This year I feel our team has found the right harmony. Innovation – Product differentiation is an important part of Robroy’s strategy. It requires an ongoing commitment to product development. This year the Robroy teams have committed significant resources to support some exciting new product initiatives. We have re-energized our commitment to innovation and we’re investing in the future. Leadership – We have a young and talented team of leaders. There is a vitality among the group that is energizing. There is a good balance of experience and fresh new ideas that are essential to push us forward. Leading the Way - This is our tag line. It is also our internal challenge to make sure we are measuring ourselves against the benchmark of what it means to be a leader. We are beginning to embrace this challenge and make it part of our DNA. One of the best takeaways from our strategy sessions is that we are thinking like leaders. We’re evaluating our systems, our facilities, our products, our customer relations and our culture all under the benchmark of Leading the Way. Think like a leader, act like a leader, be a leader! It is an exciting time at Robroy. Over the past couple of years we’ve invested in many long-term initiatives. They include facility improvements, investments in product development and an expansion of our sales organization. The benefits are starting to be recognized. We’re just coming out of the gates on our long-term plan, but we’re building momentum and we have a great team. I would like to thank all of our associates for their hard work and contributions. like to share with you a summary of how they went. Over the course of two days, teamsfrom each operation reported on their annual initiatives and long-term plans. Whatever the origin, the phraseduly fits the two gentlemen in thepicture above. And who would gar-ner your vote for best dressed?Both gentlemen are wonderful rep-resentatives for such an award.

Driving SafelySafe Driving is an important

issue. Robroy Industries takes drivingsafely very seriously. Associates signa formal policy, “Company BusinessDrivers,” upon being hired As a re-minder of the Company’s commit-ment to safe driving, a few friendlytips are listed below. • Never talk on cell phones or text

while driving. If you must take ormake a call while driving, use ahands-free device and make theconversation as brief as possible.Better still, pull over and makephone calls from a safe, stationaryposition.

• Do not drive drowsy - ever.Statistics from the National

Highway Traffic SafetyAdministration (NHTSA) showthat 100,000 crashes occur eachyear due to drivers operating theirvehicle while sleepy, overtired.These crashes resulted in 1,550deaths and 40,000 injuries. Thisinformation should serve as awake-up call!

• Obey the speed limit. The fasteryou drive the less time you haveto react to situations around you.

• Drive defensively. Always beaware of the other vehicles aroundyou. Doing so can help you avoidthe consequences of other drivers’mistakes. This also includeswatching out for wildlife.

Meals on WheelsIn August, Robroy partnered

with the non-profit organizationRiverview Community ActionCorporation (RCAC) in Oakmont,Pennsylvania in order to participatein their Meals on Wheels program.This organization delivers food to in-dividuals at their homes who are un-able to purchase or prepare theirown meals.

The first Friday of each monthHeadquarters Associates pick-upmeals at the RCAC facility and de-liver them to 10 or more householdsin the Verona area before lunch. JeffMcIlroy, Anil Kewalramani, AileenShaffer and Randy Untalan volun-teered and participated in the firstthree months. Rob McIlroy signed-upfor the next delivery.

Together these associates canmake a difference in the lives of thecommunity’s needy residents bysharing a little of their time.

Headquarters AuditBrenda Eidd and Manohar Taware

traveled from the Raceway Divisionin Texas to Headquarters to audit theHQ team for HR, PR, accounting andbusiness IT the week of September4th through the 7th. Tony CrisafioPC, an outside certified public ac-countant, also audited some HR, PRand accounting items.

The HQ team and their Texas visitors enjoyed dinner at The Lot atEdgewater in Oakmont on September 4th.

Robroy was recently the target of a wire fraud scheme. TheCompany was a target, but not a victim, because of the controls andtraining in place. Not only are money transfer fraud schemes on the in-crease, but also phishing email schemes are on the rise to gain accessto data such as customer lists.

Just a reminder to be aware that emails asking you to reset pass-words may or may not be from the sender you have a relationship with.Never click on a link in an email requesting you to change a password orto use a link for quick access. Always log onto a portal using the URLaddress you have on file. Below is an article by the controller of a Utahcompany explaining a recent interaction:

Several months ago a credit assistant received an official looking no-tification that her email password to a portal that she periodically usedwas about to expire and it was necessary for her to set up a new pass-word within 48 hours – which she did. This action allowed the hacker ac-cess to all her company emails to customers, including some financialinstructions.

A week later a customer called me, as he was confused about theconflicting messages he had been receiving. The first one stated that mycompany was about to close out an account and they wanted to presentnew ACH instructions. His initial transfer was a modest one of about$12,000.00. The second set of instructions arrived a couple of days laterstating that he now qualified for a substantial discount of up to 15%, ifhe were to pre-pay the remainder of his $100,000 order.

The hacker had copied and changed some invoices and had tried tomake other changes but was prevented from doing so because of de-tection. If the credit assistant had “hovered” over the sending email ad-dress it would have been easy to determine that the sender wassomeone else. Luckily the company’s other customers were contactedin time to prevent further damage.

Never open links in emails unless you are 100% sure that the link issafe. According to a Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report, tar-geted users open 30% of phishing messages and 12% of those usersclick on the malicious attachment or link.

Kellie Jones and Sarah Parlett represented theRaceway Division at the presentation of funds raisedat a softball tournament benefitting the AmericanCancer Association.

A softball tournament was organized to raise money for theAmerican Cancer Society’s Relay forLife. Upshur Rural, Robroy Industries,Crossfit 154, Etex and law enforce-ment personnel put together teamsfor a fun-filled day of softball inSeptember.

The Crossfit 154 team took firstplace in the event. The event raised atotal of $969.50 for this worthy cause.

Wedding AnniversarySarah and Jeremy Parlett

recently celebrated their 10th wed-ding anniversary. Jeremy picked up his lovely bride at work and tookher to lunch to commemorate thespecial day.

Raising of a New Flag

Two Scouts from a local troop replaced the old flagat the Raceway Division.

It is appropriate to replaceAmerican flags that have becometattered and worn with new flags.Flags may also be washed or re-paired, if that will restore them to apresentable appearance. Should itbecome necessary to replace anAmerican Flag, organizations such asthe American Legion, the Boy ScoutsCouncil and the Girl Scouts Councilperform flag retirement ceremoniesand dispose of the old flags properlyaccording to the Flag Code.

This fall two scouts from a localBoy Scouts troop handled the re-placement of the Raceway Division’sAmerican flag and a crisp, clean, newflag now flies proudly in front of theRaceway Division office building.

Snehal Patel also referred a candidate for hire andreceived a gift card.

Health FairLongview Regional Medical Center provided the trained professionals who

conducted the Health Fair again this year for the Gilmer and Avinger Racewayfacilities. In addition, The Foundation for Youth offered massages from a mas-sage therapist and Any Time Fitness was on hand, as well.

The conference rooms in Avinger and Gilmer buzzed with activity as 66 as-sociates from the Gilmer facility and 13 from Avinger took advantage of the op-portunity for basic health screening. Stations included blood pressure checks,blood work and several others.

Quite a variety of super heroes showed up to lend their support to East Texas Casa.

CASA Superhero 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run

Robroy Industries Raceway Division regularly supports East Texas CASA, asone of the many charitable endeavors the Company pursues throughout theyear. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate and the organizationprovides trained volunteer advocates as the voice and the hope for abused orneglected children who have been removed from their homes.

CASA’s 7th annual 5K run and 1-mile fun walk took place on August 4thwith a super hero theme. The Raceway Division chose one of the many levels of sponsorship for the race to support this wonderful organization. The racetook place at the Longview Mall with runners encouraged to dress-up like theirfavorite super hero and to participate in all of the planned activities.

American CancerSociety’s Relay for Life

Sarah and Jeremy Parlett celebrated their 10thwedding anniversary.

The Raceway conference room in Gilmer was transformed into a medical clinic.

The massage station was a big hit at the Health Fair.

Jobs Well Done

David Duke presented Logan Crenshaw with a giftcard for detecting a quality issue prior to a productbeing shipped to a customer.

Ashanti Watson referred two candidates for hire tothe HR Department and was awarded two gift cardsfor her efforts.

structured organization and that herbackground was a good match.Sarah’s education (Bachelor ofScience degree in interdisciplinarystudies and Master’s degree inhuman resource development) andprevious experience as a human re-source director for Dixie PaperCompany, as well as the 10 years shespent as a credit union manager, willserve her well in her new position.

Sarah and Jeremy Parlett live inTyler, Texas with their two daughters,Natalie (6) and Bayleigh (3). Cookingand reading are high on Sarah’s listof things she likes to do and hermost important priority - spendingtime with her family.

Rhonda Dunnwas born in EastTexas, but grew upin Maine, the pinetree state. She andher family havemade East Texastheir home for thepast ten years.Rhonda and Matt,her husband, havesix children: Charlee, Kennedee,Birdie, Willow, Natalee and Noah.

Rhonda was attracted to Robroyby the Company’s elevated level ofprofessionalism and the way every-one strives to always do more, bet-ter. Her prior experience as a realestate agent in Maine and previousposition (quotations specialist) at the

Raceway Division 10 years ago willbe beneficial in her new role asProject Sales Specialist.

SamanthaMartinez has lived inGilmer most of herlife. She graduatedfrom GilmerIndependent SchoolDistrict and earneda degree fromNorteast TexasCommunity College.Since joining theRaceway Division team, Samanthasays, “Everyone makes you feel likeyou’re part of the team.” Robroy isan excellent place to start a career inher opinion.

Prior to accepting her new posi-tion, Samantha had been a stay athome mom since her daughter wasborn, but worked as a clerk forBarefoot Bay Marina, BC (beforechildren). She and her husband, Julio(Aaron), now have three children:Tapainga (3), Grayson (1) and Lukas(4 months). So needless to say, herchildren occupy all of her freetime.

DannetteBlackstone beganher Robroy career inSeptember of thisyear. Her experienceincludes four yearsas a customer serv-ice manager withWal-Mart and fiveyears as an officeadministrator.Location, location, location. Whenconsidering the Customer Serviceposition at the Raceway Division, theCompany was in her hometown andthe wonderful benefits were also aselling feature.

Dannette and her two daughters,Malynna (18) and Jessley (7) sharetheir home with their exotic critters.She participates in wind therapy, de-fined as riding her Harley. Her girlskeep her busy with their cheerlead-ing activities and, of course, she en-joys family time and her pets.

Ashley Cullinslearned aboutRobroy Industriesfirst hand, when sheworked as a tempduring the Children’sChristmas Party. “Iinstantly fell in lovewith the atmos-phere and everyperson that walked by stopped andintroduced themselves. I could tell allof the employees enjoy what they doand that their company truly valuesthem, as well,” stated Ashley, whenasked what attracted her to her newposition of HR Support/Receptionist.

Ashley graduated from GilmerIndependent School District and iscurrently attending classes at TylerJunior College studying to earn abusiness degree. She and her fiancéCary Laffey live in Gilmer with threedaughters: Aubree, Natalie andMacie. Free time centers on her threegirls and they love going to the lakeand hanging out at the pool.

Sarah Parlettrecognized that theHuman ResourcesManager position atthe RacewayDivision of RobroyIndustries provideda great opportunitywhere she couldcontinue to learnand grow in her profession. She sawthe Company as a well-established,

Doug comes to the RacewayDivision with 25 years of experiencein plant management, working withsteel, aluminum, wood and plastics.He earned his bachelor’s degreefrom Middle Tennessee State and hisMBA from the University of Texas,Dallas.

Doug and his wife, Mona, havetwo children - Douglas Jr. andMaryanne who both live in Dallas. Hishobby is flying remote control air-planes.

Tami Leathers ishappy to be backwith the Robroy or-ganization, as shealways loved theculture of theCompany. She heldthe position of ship-ping/receiving andwarehouse supervi-sor with Robroy’sformer subsidiary, DuolineTechnologies. She also worked as thereceiving manager for NaturalGrocers.

Her undergraduate degree wasearned at Hill College in Hillsboro,Texas and at Texas State University inSan Marcos, Texas. Tami hails fromCowtown. For those non-Texans, thatwould be Ft. Worth. She moved toGilmer about 9 ½ years ago.

Tami raises and shows Brahmancattle and when she isn’t at work,you will find her in the barn or out-side somewhere. Yard work andgoing to the beach rate high onTami’s list of enjoyable pastimes.

Laci, Tami’s daughter, served as aRobroy Intern for several summersand graduated last May fromStephen F. Austin University.

Justin Davis hasa wonderful senseof humor. Whenasked about hisfamily, Justin saidthat he was notmarried and had “no known children.”He graduated from

Chapel Hill Independent SchoolDistrict in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, wherehe grew up. Mt Pleasant is locatedeast of Dallas and north ofLongview.

Justin brings 10 years of experi-ence with US Steel to his new posi-tion of Ops Supervisor. He servedfive years in management in a pro-duction environment and is experi-enced in safety, quality, productionand maintenance. Robroy’s cultureand the possibility of a long careerdoing a job he enjoys drew Justin tothe Raceway Division.

In depth auto repair and autoPCM (power-train control module)programming occupy Justin’s sparetime.

For the past 15years, MichelleHector worked as aneducator, but priorto that she per-formed daily ac-counting functionsin her role as an of-fice manager. Sheattended highschool at Randolph-Macon Academy in Virginia andearned her bachelor’s degree fromthe University of Texas, Tyler.

Michelle and her husband, Larry,have been married for 19 years andhave three children: Drew, Gabriellaand Chloe. The Hectors live inRosewood just outside Gilmer.Crocheting and spending qualitytime with her family are whatMichelle enjoys. She finds RVing theperfect venue to spend quality timewith her family and their dogs.

Michelle found the fact thatRobroy Industries is a local businesswith a solid foundation very appeal-ing. The excellent feedback that shereceived from current employeesand friends in the community con-vinced her that the RacewayDivision would be a good place towork.

A hearty welcome is extended toall of the new associates.

With a Bachelorof Science degreefrom ClarksonUniversity and anMBA from SyracuseUniversity, Jack Kingbegan his Robroycareer On October1st. He brings withhim extensive prod-uct marketing, salesand customer service experience, in-cluding 12 years as a commercialmarketing manager with global re-sponsibility.

Jack stated that the people ofRobroy Industries are first and fore-most what attracted him to the posi-tion of Product Line Manager at theRaceway Division. For decades hehas worked with the Robroy team athis previous employer, Eaton‘sCrouse Hinds Division. “Over theyears, I was always impressed withthe quality and integrity of the peo-ple who worked there. It was clear tome Robroy is a class organizationthat focuses on doing things right.”The second reason that drew Jack tohis new position was “the opportu-nity to be a part of the team that will,building on the legacy and successof Robroy, develop and implementstrategies and plans that can helpdrive profitable growth and shapethe future of the Company.”

Jack hails from Potsdam, NewYork, a small college town (ClarksonUniversity) near the Canadian bor-der. He and his wife, Catherine, havea blended family of five grown chil-dren, one 18-month old granddaugh-ter and two critters of the caninevariety. Being active is what Jack en-joys most, including hockey, golf andhiking. Traveling, reading and pho-tography also rate high on his list ofenjoyable activities.

The RacewayDivision’s new PlantManager, DouglasEffler, lived most ofhis life in Texas andTennessee, but wasborn in Germany.Through a friend heheard about RobroyIndustries. Upon in-

RepairRobroy currently offers a PVC

Touchup Compound and TouchupSpray to repair minor damages tothe surface of the PVC coating.These compounds do not bond tothe metal, when the damage pene-trates the coating and exposes themetal substrate. For these cases, theRaceway Division developed a PVCCoating Repair Kit using a customformulated UL recognized two partepoxy capable of bonding to bothpolyvinyl chlorides and steel or alu-minum substrates.

The repair kit includes all toolsneeded to prepare a small surfaceprior to applying the epoxy patch.This includes an emery cloth to pre-pare the surface of the damagedarea, mixing tools, cleaning cloths,an applicator tool, instruction sheetand chemical information (SDS) forthe compound. The PVC CoatingRepair Kit uses a two-part epoxycold weld system that providesstrong, lasting repairs to metal andPVC. After mixing, it forms a perma-nent bond that can be shaped,tapped, filed and sanded subse-quent to curing. The PVC CoatingRepair Kit epoxy sets in 6 minutesand cures in 3-4 hours (at 70⁰F) to adark grey color that matchesRobroy’s PVC coating. This epoxy isrecognized as a UL performancematerial and tested for flame resist-ance according to UL’s HBFlammability test for safety assur-ance.

Once completely cured, theepoxy is resistant to water, gasolineand other petroleum products. It isimportant to note that the kit is onlyfor use in the case of small repairscaused by unavoidable damage toPVC conduit systems. It should notbe used to repair damaged areaswith a surface area greater than foursquare inches.

Exploring “America’s Finest City”

On August 31st, Kellie Jones, HRSpecialist, and Ashanti Watson,Scheduler/Buyer/Expeditor, set-offfor a relaxing vacation in sunny south-ern California. Their destination wasSan Diego where they took advan-tage of the many opportunities thisbeautiful city has to offer. Kayaking inthe ocean proved to be one of themost memorable experiences of thetrip. They returned to work with a lotof good stories and great tans.

PVC Coating Repair Kit

The new repair kit allows for superior restoration ofcoatings if damage occurs in the field.

The primary function of a PVC-coated conduit system is to maxi-mize the life of the electrical systemcontained within it and to preventcorrosion from sabotaging its struc-tural integrity. A PVC coating prop-erly adhered to the external surfaceof the conduit and fittings preventsexposure to external environmentalconditions that could result in thecorrosion of the steel or aluminumsubstrate.

The Raceway Division released anew PVC Coating Repair Kit de-signed to mend coating damage thatmay occur in the field after productinstallation. This repair kit contains aformulation that adheres to baremetal unlike the traditional PVCtouch-up compound.

PreventionA variety of solutions exist to pre-

vent the occurrence of damage toPVC-coated conduit systems. Robroyoffers complimentary installationtraining and certification throughclassroom instruction, hands-on in-struction and online tutorials.Through the utilization of propertools and methods during the installa-tion process the product will performas designed by the manufacturer.

It is3-on-3 basketball tournaments thatstarted in the Lowell, Michigan drive-way of the McNeal family in 1974moving to Belding, Michigan in 1987.Now in it’s 45th year, Gus Macker isheadquartered in Belding and cele-brated the anniversary at theBelding tournament the weekend ofAugust 4th and 5th last summer.This year Gus Macker toured 35 UScities.

This year the weather cooper-ated for the Belding High SchoolBand competition. On October 13,2018, the band hosted their annualMichigan Competing BandAssociation (MCBA) competition.Each year as they host this competi-tion, the Enclosure Division serves asthe number one sponsor.

This year 14 bands took the fieldto perform that evening. EmilyByrne, Intern, represented theEnclosure Division at the competi-tion and awarded the first-place tro-phy in addition to the awards for thebest visual effect, best general effectand best music.

The Belding High SchoolMarching Band is not eligible forawards at this competition, sincethey are the host. Their show, enti-tled Kaleidoscope, portrayed differ-ent colors that would be seenlooking into a kaleidoscope. The 109members of the band wore vibrantcolors to show the effects of a kalei-doscope. Their eight minute showfeatured three different composi-tions with a variety of moves and vi-

sual effects from the color guard andthe percussion section. The bandhopes they make it to state finals thisyear and finish in the top three atFord Field in Detroit, Michigan.

2018 Belding Labor Day ParadesAs you can probably guess

from the photographs, thetheme of the 113th annualLabor Day celebration inBelding was Willy Wonka andthe Chocolate Factory. OfficeIntern Emily Byrne took the ini-tiative on float design and pro-duction. The float took theform of the Wonkatania (theboat that floated down thechocolate river) on one halfand the other half was full ofcandy representing the factory.The addition of lights, lots oflights, multi-colored lights andstrobe lights, gave the float aspectacular glow for theTwilight Parade and garneredthe Enclosure Division a 2ndplace trophy. The OompaLoompas walked along sidethe float and handed out 1,500glow necklaces to the childrenin the crowd.

The Robroy float for the Labor Day parade was the same as the TwilightParade less the lighting and the addition of candy shaped balloons. No trophieswere won at this parade, but the Oompa Loompas had a great time passing out4,000 Frisbees with “The Wonkatania” printed on them. Kids from one to 71 en-joyed these. Five “golden tickets” were also distributed that contained twoRobroy tattoos and $5.00.

Tractor PullTractor pulling is known as “the

world’s heaviest motor sport.” A win-ner is determined not by speed, as inmost motor sports, but in distancepulled. In this sport modified farmtractors drag a metal sled along aprescribed course. This can rangefrom 30 ‘ to 320’ in most competi-tions and the strongest tractor andbest driver determine the winner.Tractor pulls are often a big part ofstate fairs and local festivals.

Let the Sun Shine

The Bridger Solar Team and their beautiful Robroy DSW2016HPL enclosure.

The University of Montana’s Bridger Solar Team is building a solar car and theirmission is to race in the 2019 Formula Sun Grand Prix. There are currently fiveSenior Design Capstone teams working in union with the Bridger Solar Team onthis project. Faculty and staff from the university are providing mentorship, as well.

The project director for the Bridger Solar Team, Levi Allery, contactedJeremiah Souza, Marketing Assistant, to inquire whether or not Robroy Enclosuresoffered educational discounts on their products. Upon learning more about theBridger Solar Team’s impressive project and the alternative renewable energy ap-plication of which a Robroy enclosure would be a part, the Company provided aDSW2016HPL enclosure to house the team’s lithium-ion battery management sys-tem and a screw cover kit that would meet their stringent specifications.

Many thanks are extended to each Robroy Enclosures Associate for his/herpart in providing this equipment, especially Jeremiah Souza, Darcie Hallock,Mimi Miles, Jen Ullery, Buck Moody, Keisha Coon, Kathy Tissue, Mike Carstens,Ken Main and Tiny Mitchell. On the evening of October 31st, Halloween, Jeremiah Souza took his final bow as Brad Majors in Ionia CommunityTheater’s (ICT) Rocky Horror Show. This stage adaptation of the cult classic film turned out to be a fun, yet challengingtask. What other show provides an actor with the opportunity to sing in an audience participation, squirt gun inducedrainstorm and sing and dance in 5” heels?

No stranger to the stage, Jeremiah has participated in over 20 productions with notable roles as Daddy Warbucks inAnnie, Prince Christopher in Cinderella, and Shrek in Shrek the Musical. “My favorite part of performing is being able to tella story to the audience through my character,” stated Jeremiah.

You will be able to catch Jeremiah in his next role as Emmitt Forest in ICT’s production of Legally Blonde the Musicalnext March.

Several associates, with Megan’shelp, put together a baby shower forthe dad-to-be. Doug had no ideawhat he was walking into at lunch onOctober 19th. The shower was a com-plete surprise and a HUGE success.

When you want expert sales and product training there is no better place to go to than to themanufacturer. In August, Robroy Enclosures had the pleasure of hosting agents and distributors atan AttaBox Boot Camp.

Following a day and a half training session, guests relaxed and enjoyed their remaining time inMichigan on a lake, a big lake - Lake Michigan. The group, led by Robroy Enclosures own “expertcharter fisherman” Jeremiah Souza, came just shy of catching their daily limit. To celebrate theircatch, and all they had learned, the group feasted on a grilled fish dinner right at the marina.

Ingredients12 oz fresh, uncooked cranberries1/4 cup green onion1-2 fresh jalapeño peppers2 Tbsp. cilantro (optional)3/4 Cup sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/8 tsp. salt16 oz. cream cheese (whipped)

InstructionsUse hand food chopper to chopcranberries. (This process is a bittime consuming, but it is best to notuse a food processor to chop theseas the cranberries liquefy too much.)

Chop green onion, jalapeño peppersand cilantro.

In a medium-sized bowl, addchopped cranberries, green onion,cilantro and jalapeños.

Add sugar, lemon juice and salt ontop of cranberry mixture and stirgently until blended.

Cover with plastic wrap and place inrefrigerator overnight.

Take cranberry mixture out of the re-frigerator and stir all ingredients to-gether. Strain out all liquid using acolander with small holes.

Whip softened cream cheese withhand mixer until smooth (about 2minutes) and spread cream cheeseover bottom of a pie plate or 9x9dish.

Pour cranberry mixture on top ofcream cheese and keep in refrigera-tor until ready to serve.

Use a spoon to spread over Ritzcrackers and enjoy!
