Rest NowNo more sorrow will be mine,
No more burdens will I bear,
No more heartaches will I endure,
Weighted down with endless care.
Rest, now.
While here on earth I did my best;
A friend to all I tried to be.
This day, no regrets I have,
While you here look at me.
Rest, now.
No more will I fret and worry,
About what a day might bring,
I go now to a City,
Where God’s holy angels sing.
Rest, now.
