What is relationship?• Relationship is the way in which two or more people,
groups, countries, etc., talk to, behave toward, and deal with each other.
• Relationship is a romantic or sexual friendship between two people
• Relationship is the way in which two or more people or things are connected.
Why is it important?
• Establish self-identity.
• The feeling of being valued and feedback gained from relationships with others contribute in further defining one’s self and enhances self-worth.
• A personal relationship can take your time and attention, and starts to give special meaning to your life.

• Time and readiness
• Communication skills
• Acceptance, respect, support and understanding
How to have a healthy expressions of love in relationship?
• Respect each other
• Exercise give and take in the relationship
• Give each other space to grow
Warning Signs to an Unhealthy Relationship:
• Too many limitations that affect to your growth
• Abuse in any form
• Conditional love (I love you if …)
• Forcing the other into sexual activities
How to have a Healthy Relationship?
• Staying in the relationship not only when things are doing well, but more so during tough times.
• Being loyal and faithful to your beloved.
• Being truthful in your words and actions.
• Being persistent in working on the growth of the relationship.
