Welcome from the Headmaster
For each of our children, the futurepromises to be a complex, excitingand challenging time. Life haschanged significantly in the lastfifteen years and is likely to continueto change, at an ever increasing pace,beyond 2013.
Our boys need to be equipped withthe knowledge, understanding andskills to take on the developmentsthat will undoubtedly occur. Flexibilityand adaptability will be keyingredients in their personal toolkits.
This School is passionate about educating young people for the future. Areasof the school program have been designed to achieve the best outcomes fortackling the many challenges ahead.
As you move around the School you will be able to experience something of the offering to our boys:
• A diverse curriculum which is shaped to meet individual needs;
• A learning environment in which technology is utilised to engageindividuals in the most effective and meaningful manner;
• Spaces which provide choice for optimal learning by each student;
• Exposure to the creative arts, so that students take something of theworld of aesthetic appreciation into their lives;
• Breadth within a busy, inspiring co-curricular collage;
• Activities which focus on sporting opportunities;
• A social environment which is supportive, encouraging and helpful;
• Community experiences which include outreach by way of engaging with and learning from people living in different circumstances.
Such offerings provide our students with foundational learning, which willprepare them to meet our future, with open arms, an optimistic heart and a steady mind.
I am delighted to share our School with you on the 2013 Trinity GrammarSchool Open Day.
