To add an event, you need to register first. Once you have registered, go to our website. Log in, and click on the submit event button on the top right hand side of the screen



*** Red star is a mandatory field***

Here, you will add all the information relevant to your event. The red star means you MUST fill in the spaces otherwise you won't be allowed to save.


Example #1- In this example our event is taking place for one day only on the 8th of August at 10am

Aug 8th “from and to”. start time, 10:00 if you don't know when the event will finish, enter the same time on both time slots. If you do this, only the start time will show on your event.

Remember, we use a 24 hour clock system.


Example #2- The event is taking place every day from Aug 8th – Aug 15th from 10:00am – 5:00pm

Choose the 8th of August for “from date” and 15th Aug for “ To date” Add start time, (on our example is 10:00 o’clock) and “to time” 17:00 Remember, we use a 24 hour clock system.


Example #3 This is a recurrent event taking place:Aug 8th, Aug 15th & Aug 20th from 10-3pm

If the events take place on different dates, you must “add another item” per event.Remember, we use a 24 hour clock system.


Add other relevant information Under General Information, add what your event is about, promote your main attractions, share the day’s program, the more information you add, the more it will appeal to your readers. Relevant price information If you are offering a voucher or discount enter the details in this area


More information: Add any other relevant informationTick the relevant categories and ages. Don’t mislead your public by ticking on all of them.Add your address, Town and postcode. The correct address and full postcode will allow the website to find your location on the map,


Upload a photo, or a poster,

if you don't have one, take one on your mobile phone and upload it from there. !You will be able to add any size photo, however, We recommend a minimum size of 1000*1000 pixels to achieve maximum quality but that is not mandatory. You will also be able to upload more than one image. Don’t forget to add the image’s Alt and Title description. The alt text describes what's on the image, making it accessible to visually impaired users. The Title is the name of your event.


Video: If you have a video of your event, add the link here.Social media: Add your social media, twitter account, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc. Event’s website: Add the event’s URL, not just your website address here, make it easier for people to find more information about your event.Linked Business: Type your business name and your event will show on your listing.
