-Introduction

We use Adjective phrases all the time in writing and in spoken English or Arabic without thinking a bout them. So, we find mostly some problems in translate it from English to Arabic , because of the different structure

(grammar )among them. So, we will talk about it in this search : ) what mean it ? haw translate it (

-Definition of Adjective phrase It is a phrase that tells us something about the noun.

In the other hand , it is a group of words that serves to describe a noun or pronoun in a sentence.

-The adjective phrase can be placed before or after the noun or pronoun in the sentence

Haw to translate Adjective phrases?

When we translate Adjective phrases from English to Arabic we write the subject first then the adjective, but when we translate from Arabic to English we write the adjective first then the

subject, for the example:

1 -A famous general will visit the hospital soon

) قريبا) المستشفى مشهور لواء سيزورAs we see here we write the adjective before the subject but when we translate it to Arabic the subject comes first then the adjective

2 -The sky is blue

The joke she told was so funny, I could not stop laughing all day

3 -He went crazy. It's still an adjective, because we could have "the blue sky", "the funny joke", and "the crazy man". The adjective is still describing the noun though they are not side by side.

4 -There is a tall man.

An adjective is a word that gives instant information about a noun to make a clear picture of the noun in the mind of the reader and create a feeling of the writer.

Here is a complex adjective ) Two adjectives or more (As we see here we write the subject first then the two )complex(Adjective in both English and Arabic translation

Conclusion:

As we see in these adjective phrases sentences in translate it from English

to Arabic we find same problem and difficult, because in Arabic we use the adjective after the noun but in English there is a different way in spoken and in write we use the adjective before the noun and can be placed before or after the noun or pronoun in these sentences as we made.

The translate is different from one sentences to another , and we find some problem , because there is a different structures and grammars among them, so if you want to translate it you should analyst it to be concept sentences as we show you in this examples from this discussion we take a few sentences and examples with adjectives phrases and translate it with the easy way and explain haw we

translate it ? to make it so easy to understand .
