HO -Good morning gentleman and lady. May we call THE first witness are you willing to tell

the truth and nothing but the truth-Yes mam.

HO--Iim P/ins. Serrano, resident of Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya

HO-I received a report on august 26, 2011 , may I ask if you- yes mam.

HO-- detect the illegal loggers from text by a concern citizen of Kasibu

HO--We immediately proceeded to the area

HO--yes mam

-HO-I informed immediately to our CENRO

-HO-since that area is proconsidered, we are the first one who go to the area

--I discovered the scattered lumbers and hear the roaring sound of chainsaw

-did you see anybody using those chainsaws?-yes mam.

--to identify those illegal loggers there are 15.

- are those persons using the chainsaw?-Yes mam, we divided the group into two.. We apprehended two chainsaw and the other group

apprehended four chainsaw.-

-insakay patuki.-I noted three dated here, august 26, 30 and sept.6.. please note your activity

-received information, 29, hauling and stump inventory with the DENR and CENRO,-Who scaled them?

- DENR unit-

-Chainsaws are under the custody of CENRO Dupax, 2 carabaoas are under the custody of brgy.Captain Pedro Delmo of Tadji, Kasibu.forest product are under the custody of

-request one unit of chainsaw to be under the custody of PNP Kasibu. For cutting of trees duringtyphoon incidence considering that kasibu is from far brgy.

-Iam Spo4 Wilfredo A. Abubu, Municipal Executive MESPO of Kasibu Police station.

HO-Where were you on August 25, 2011 at 11:00 A.M?

-There is a text message from a concern citizen.

HO-what happened when you received the text?

-They group us into two teams and we proceeded to the area .

HO-What did you do next?

-upon reaching the area, we heard the sound of roaring chainsaws and we went near the area.

HO- what did you saw?

-there were feld logs scattered around the area, some were already sliced.

HO-Did you identify the owner of the lumber.

-No,

HO-were you able to identify those persons using the chainsaw

- Kenneth Tayaban,Romy Aduan, William Timmual and Noel Bagiwal

HO- Were you able to identify their address.

-They are from Quirino Province.HO-

-Particularly in Ifugao Village.HO-

-We brought them in the Police station for their investigation
