Driver Scorecard

A radar-based active safety system that offers Collision Mitigation and Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). It detects objects ahead and measures the vehicle’s position in relation to others on the road to warn the driver of possible rear-end collision by providing audible, visual and haptic warnings. When appropriate, the system will apply the brakes to help avoid or mitigate an unavoidable collision.



Event Recorders

Cargo Transporters has always been an early adopter of safety systems and technology promoting its culture and recognizing its responsibility to our employees, their respective families, our customers, our suppliers and the motoring public. These event recorders capture footage 8 seconds back and 4 seconds forward with both a forward and cab facing camera. Events are then previewed, scored and reviewed with the driver to improve his/her awareness when behind the wheel.
