Will AMS read my Excel files?@es. #ut since it is not a database ro!ram, some of t"e files may uload incorrectly.

Will AMS read my ACT database?A%TV is a P$M (ersonal information mana!er), not a database, and it uses a non-standard internal formatt"at is unreadable by Microsoft database imort filters. AMS only reads databases, not ersonalinformation mana!ers.

I'm using a text database but it is not workingMae certain t"at your database format is correct. An e*amle1 GemailG,GfirstRnameG,GlastnameGGyousomelace.comG,GTomG,GTomslastname, will not uload roerly since it contains more t"an t"eallowed two fields.

W!at is t!e difference between t!e "rom Address and t!e #eturn$%at! Address?T"e :rom Address is t"e address t"at will aear in t"e email. T"e eturn-Pat" Address is t"e emailaddress t"e receivin! server will attemt to contact if t"ere is a server error in t"e email. $n many cases,

Will AMS catc! all undeli&erable?AMS will catc" most, but not all, undeliverable messa!es. Some mail servers do not verify user accountsdurin! t"e SMTP session.
