Problem – make different sources working together without power quality loss keeping efficiency as high as it is
possible keeping costs as low as it is
possible
Electronic power converters give possibility to make efficient link between different type of sources
The system of different sources connected to DC-link needs to be designed, built and examined
Power of sources should be at least few hundred kW per unit
