SOME FACTS AND RESULTS
3 launched products + 5 under construction products
Currently we have
10 mobile hackers 6 designers 8 hustlers
3 senior coaches 2 junior mentors
1 intern
Why only one product / bet ? If we can do 3 or 5 every every six months.
WHYWhy not, if the talent is out there, waiting for opportunities.
Why not, if quality startups are decreasing and angels and investors are increasing.
Why not, if there are great institutions like ITESM promoting and helping people like us to believe that all could be possible.
Why not, if we already validated the model works extremely good and lean.
Why not, if we love what we are doing.
Why not start to thing even more big and get formal investment to build 6 scalable product by semester instead only 3.
Where > Co working space - Tec de Monterrey University in Chihuahua, Mexico.
Who > Students, freelance folks , professionals all entrepreneurs that want to build their own company following the Advisor’s mentors guide.
When > 6 months cycles, working at least 6 hrs every day.
How > Find talent, make teams, find real problems, design and validate solutions, build the product.
Along all the process the teams are always guided for the Advisor mentors , who are guys with the right balance of knowledge, expertise, experience, fails , wins and passion.
Our model and its incredible validated potential.
THE PRESENT • We have 3 founders who are the Sr mentors , with strong expertise on Lean
StartUP, Cus Develop, Projects Management and Graphical Design.
• We have 2 Jr guys helping with design and customer development.
• We have a deal with ITESM to work on their cool co-working space.
• We have several products/startup failed; here the names from some of them: locker.co , Pandemius, Quickquote, Pets ,etc..
• We have 3 successful startups/products from the second generation.
• We have started the 3er generation which has 5 teams = 5 products.
• We have the first investment which was allocated to one of the second generation startup. (Smart Kids Video).
THE FUTUREShort Term Goals:
We’ll grow up from 3 to 6 teams / projects by semester.
We’ll change the mentors operational structure from part time to full time.
We’ll get the first formal investment for Advisor Project.
We’ll formalize our relation with the local universities to ensure we will continue recruiting the best talent each semester.
We’ll get first investment for Keygram or CoupleCare!
