Description:

Large mixed-use development including, retail buildings, recreational areas, hospitality resorts and residential clusters including ton houses and luxury villas of which the most famous one are Paramount and Trump villa clusters. This mixed use development contains buildings of G+7 and G+28 of residential and service apartments use, as ell as Club House, tennis courts, retail etc. There are 3000 villas, 12 twin G+7 buildings and 6 G+28 buildings.

My role- Responsible to lead the architectural support to enhance "Design Excellence” through qualified project delivery- Manage sections within a larger project to achieve the client’s objectives to cost and program- Support the AECOM Senior Resident Engineers and their inspection teams responsible for each package contract- Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline.- Review contractors’ drawing packages, materials, and detailing submitted by contractors for approval by the Engineer- Provide technical consultations for interdisciplinary reviews.- Inspect and supervise the inspection of construction projects while in progress and upon completion for adherence to plans and specifications; advise contractors on the interpretation of plans and specifications; approve minor design changes in the course of construction; involved in contractors' requestsfor payment

G+7 Buildings

These 12 twin buildings are situated near AKOYA DRIVE mixed use retail development area with serviced apartments and mixed use in GF level.

Fendi branded villas

The villas will sit on a private island by the 13th hole of the Trump International Golf Club and will have water on two sides


Paramount branded Villas

The Hollywood-themed villas project will be set in a private gated community under the Paramount arches. Located around 10 minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road, the community will also include a 'California Cool' styled private beach club and fine dining facilities.
