    Chapter VI:

    The New Playing Concept - SystemTaking into considerations the champions models!

    Studding the last 5 World Cups: 1994-1998-2002-2006-2010 we identify:

    Playing in 3-zones of the field;

    With 3-4 players in each of the 3 zones of the game;

    Playing with 3 efforts-I Intensity, alternating the concentration and relaxation:

    -In Zone 1= (5-15/20m, around the ball), 100% Concentration and Intensive Effort; Anaerobe

    Lactacide + Alctacide;

    -In Zone 2 = (15-30/35m around the ball; with 50-75% Concentration with, Mix Effort

    Aerobe + Anaerobe, following the ball, made according to the games requirements

    -In Zone 3= (From 30m and till the limit of the field; with 25% effort, Aerobe effort;-The main factors to change the game intensity/effort, is done by: 1. The Position of the ball in the field; the

    score, time to play, importance of game, Value of the Opponents, Special Strategies, Temperature, Field, wind,the sport estate of the super-stars, the number of super-stars in the teams, playing home or away, etc.

    5.2.2. The new System we identify in the Philosophy of Latin Family Champions: Brazil, Argentina,France, Portugal, Spain (Barcelona-FC), and with the Information from the coaches' course, in April

    2010, and now, 2011, May 14-15, and of course, the Real Madrid vs. Barcelona, et. named as:

    5.2.1. There is NOT PLAYING SYSTEMS; 4-4-2 or 4-3-3-, etc., there are just formations whichare permanent-dynamic FORMATIONS changing every second of the game:

    * According to the position of the ball, in the field;* Playing in Attack, Defense; & Set Plays;

    * According with unexpected events during the game, Injuries, yellow, red cards, elimination, etc.
