Affordable Water/Sewer Line

Repair PlansHomeowners are responsible for repairs to water and sewer service line breaks on their property—that can be expensive. In order to help customers find affordable protection, WSSC has entered into an agreement with HomeServe USA which provides water/sewer repair plans.

This is totally optional and up to the customer. WSSC does not receive any payments; however, HomeServe has set up a fund to help qualifying low-income customers who might not be able to afford expensive emergency repairs. HomeServe, which also partners with the City of Baltimore and AARP, is solely responsible for operating this program.
