The Arab Fashion Week (AFW) is the only official fashion

week alongside the prestigious New York (NYFW),

London (LFW), Milan (MFW) & Paris (PFW).

The AFW is endorsed by the Arab Fashion Council (AFC), the

world’s largest non-profit fashion  council;  representing the

22 member countries of the Arab League in partnership with

Meraas the leading developer of Dubai.

It is the world’s only platform that promotes the Ready-Couture

and Resort collections and is one of 5 most important fashion

weeks alongside New York, London, Milan and Paris..

Due to the current situation of uncertainty most of the fashion

weeks have cancelled their schedule; but AFC is committed to

keep providing designers with an international platform whilst

adhering to the advise of Health Authorities to limit crowd

gathering. Thus, Arab Fashion Week this June will go online.

The Fashion Shows will be hosted at THE CITY WALK, Dubai,

a conceptualised community to evolve into a city within the city.

The community is meticulously arranged to create a unique and

well-defined residential and commercial development that

stands apart from others in its class. City Walk hosts over 50

million visitors per year. City Walk is an urban living destination

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT THAN THE NORMAL FASHION WEEK?

Online Fashion Week is the same as the normal fashion week, the only

difference is that guests will not be able to attend the shows physically,

but rather view the live broadcast on Tiktok and AFW website.

The Fashion shows will still be look that same as the traditional fashion

show. Designers will be able to showcase their collection live to over 300
