Overview:
EZ Support Inc. is a provider of software that enables the efficient operation
of eCommerce related call centers. They have 300+ employees with just
over half being in product development and IT related roles.
Challenges:
• Deployment cost is high for customers, and ability to innovate is
hampered by having to roll-out new software to on-premise customers.
• Need to diversify and expand their offerings. Marketplace pressure is
emerging from the nimble, small garage shops building new and
innovative solutions.
Goals:
• Port and enhance the on-premise Call Center solution to run in the cloud.
• Add to the portfolio complementary solutions that cover other market
segments.
• Accelerate innovate to the marketplace.
