FAST & FURIOUSCHRONO is the new full elec-tric seeding unit designed to plant at high speed according to the size of the seeds and the soil conditions.Thanks to the innovative Hy-brid Air Seed Tube, the seed's drop is controlled by an inde-pendent airflow witch mini-mizes the negative effects of vibrations and guarantees the perfect deposition in the furrow at different soil condi-tions. This distribution system is indeed characterized by an independent and adjustable airflow generated by an air-ejector. CHRONO has therefore 2 air-flows, one for capture and hold the seed on the disc and one for deposition of the seeds.The ejector is powered by an innovative user-friendly volumetric lobe compressor: acting on the rpm it is possible to modulate the airflow according to the advancing speed of the tractor and type of seeds. Setting up CHRONO is just as easy as fast.

POWERFUL AND GREAT!CORONA X-FORCE combined drill is a versatile, high-performance machine, designed to reduce operating costs. The powerful disc harrow, the 12-tyres roller and the new X-FORCE seeding bar allow the seed drill to adapt to all working conditions.

CORONA X-FORCE Universal seed drill

AGGRESSIVE DISC HARROWThe powerful front disc harrow ensures an optimal soil refine-ment, while burying any residual crop. Ideal for medium to large plots, this model offers significant agronomic benefits, providing an excellent seedbed preparation. The disc harrow also performs preliminary weeding of the ground.

X-FORCE SEEDING BARThe new seeding bar, with a widely-spaced two-row connec-tion boom, has been produced with Silent Block suspensions. The seeding unit is equipped with double disc (180 mm diam-eter) and rear press wheel.

CORONA X-FORCE SCUniversal seed drill - Seed/Fertilizer hopper

THE PERFECT COMBINATIONThe SC version of CORONA X-FORCE is a worldwide preview for AGRITECHNICA 2017. With a new pressurised seed-fertilizer hopper, this model is the new top product of the combined seed drills range.

GREAT AUTONOMY The 4.100 liters hopper enables large tracts to be planted in complete autonomy, avoiding frequent stops to refill. The two seed/fertilizer compartments have a capacity of 2.460 liters and 1.640 liters respectively.

PRESSURISED HOPPERThe hermetically-sealed hopper ensures constant pressure in its interior. Thus, the flow of both seed and fertilizer to the distributors remains constant throughout the whole process. This significantly increases seeding precision.

This hydraulic-folding power harrow has been equipped with a raised gearbox and an advanced ventilation which make it ideal for tilling even on difficult soil with rocks and stones.

JUMBO HD power harrow

JUMBO has been updated to improve reliability and robustness, enabling this machine to handle up to 550 hp. Both the gearbox and the transmission shafts have been reinforced, and the chassis has been adapted in order to absorb greater flexion. Designed for large companies and subcontractors who require maximum performance.

NEW BEARINGS FOR THE HEAVY DUTY ROTORThe roller bearings offer optimal re-sistance to heavy workloads. The system provides each rotor with in-creased flexibility, improving resist-ance to knocks and impacts.

SAFETY SYSTEMS, FOR GREATER RELIABILITYEach of the two bodies are fitted with a universal joint with cam safety.

FEATURES• SMOOTH SET: the parallelogram system that ensures smooth, constant operation.• VARIO: the continuous hydraulic adjustment system which enables the working width to be changed, even when the machine is in motion. • QUICK FIT: the skimmer adjustment system for landfill of residues.

UNICO is an in-furrow parallelogram plough, available in various versions (3+1 to 5+1 bodies), with either shear bolt or no-stop hydraulic safety system. UNICO is equipped with a "SMOOTH SET" parallelogram system, designed to acceler-ate machine set-up times and improve accuracy while plowing.

CAMPO 65 + ALA 900 Trailed sprayer

NEW ALA 900 BOOM RANGEDesigned for large fields, ALA 900 features new solutions like the new frame structure for a working width from 28 up to 42 m.Besides the structural components of the boom, the circuit has been revised and is now available with a single jet inde-pentent control system.

Improved performance thanks to the new ALA 900 booms range, with width of up to 42 metres and high opera-tional capacity from 4.500 (CAMPO 44) to 6.600 liters (CAMPO 65). An even and excellent distribution is ensured thanks to the new central unit, which has been re-designed to absorb shocks and bumps from uneven ground while keeping the bar free at all times, allowing it to react and reposition itself.

The single-nozzle control system (SELETRON) and ISOBUS technology are optional, enabling operators to take full advantage of the cutting-edge technology. They can be directly managed from the tractor monitor.

A MATTER OF GEOMETRYThe framework has been expressly designed to ensure a ro-bust and stable structure. The use of high-strength steel (DOMEX) results in a significant weight reduction, while aluminium tips provide a quicker and more reactive response and optimal solidity.

INCREASED SAFETYA twin wheel kit is also available to reduce excessive trampling and to ensure safer turns. CAMPO sprayers are also equipped with a standard pneumatic brake system, to ensure safe stop-ping even when the machine is fully loaded.

Advanced smart technologyGP1 is the new mounted sprayer branded GASPARDO. It presented for the first time ever at AGRITECHNICA 2017. GP1 is available with a tank of 1.200, 1.500 or 1.800 liters, and offers five bar options (15, 18, 21, 24, 27 and 30 metres in length).

Various optional enrich its performance and allow precise processing. First, to avoid overlapping, the automatic section control function is important and useful when working near obstacles. Second, an optional rate control allows an easier control of the product sprayed quantity.

PRIMO is the MASCHIO GASPARDO spreader designed for precise fertilization, avoid overlapping and waste and provide the best possible result.

The distribution system consists in a rotating head that drives the fertilizer towards the drop duct, while a bearing inside keeps the rotation under control, ensuring the integrity of the fertilizer. The quantity of fertilizer distributedis managed by a double shutter system: the first shutter regulates the amount of fertilizer to be distributed, whilethe second one opens and closes the drop duct to reduce leakage during manoeuvres. The drop hole features a special 3-lobed shape for more uniform distribution, which minimises the issue of the dose effect.

Maximum distribution uniformityThe shape of the hole studied for the fertilizer aims to guarantee a proportional flow and use of the correct quantity of product. Unlike the traditional system, an uniform distribu-tion can be easily obtained.

Distribution conveyorThis solutions allows to limit the area where the product is dropped. The granules fall on the disc in an optimal position: maximum precision to prevent any possible turbulence.

MONDIALE 120 COMBI Combined round baler

MONDIALE 120 COMBIThe MONDIALE 120 COMBI is the ideal solution for the collection of green product (cereals, grasses and alfalfa): the product is sized, packed and bound in a single operation, preventing the bale from becoming contaminated through contact with the ground or with adverse weather. The machine also enables a single passage to be made on the field, lowering soil trampling and reducing working time and fuel consumption.

WRAPPING SYSTEMThe round baler features a gentle wrapping system, which envelops the bale in a plastic film, protecting it from contact with the air and with other external agents. This prevents any aerobic fermentation, for optimal product conservation, even when damp.

A PERFECT CUTAccording with the requirements of the farmer, cut lengths of 77 mm and 45 mm can be respectively achieved by the HTC 15 knife system and the HTU 25 knife system. It is also possible to disengage the knives directly from the tractor cab.

ALL IN A SINGLE PASSAGEThis combination enables both the collection and wrapping operations to be performed in a single passage. Operations are managed directly from the tractor cab, where the opera-tor can control the functions of the baler (pick up, pressing, tying, bale unloading) and the wrapper (rpm, rotation speed, unloading).

GOLIA PROThanks to the oil bath rotor which eliminates the maintenance operations, GOLIA PRO swather is the best solution both for stability and for efficiency, ensuring always the maximum performance.The manual adjustment of the height is precise and quick. The removable arms make transportation simple and fast. A tandem version is available for the maximum precision harvesting on irregular plots.

PERFECT CUTBest cutting performance thanks to the PERFECT CUT bar.The robust design of the trough and the direct drive transmission system ensure reliability and performance in every working condition for width up to 260 cm.

ELIA PROEfficiency, quality and reliability are the ELIA PRO tedders features.The height adjustment and the rotor tilt allow to turn the product with speed and quality.Available from 5,3 m (4 rotors) to 6,5 m (6 rotors).

TURBOTEUTONTURBOTEUTON is a system that uses a combination of “air nozzles” together with a traditional ceramic nozzle dedicated to the mix of water and pesticide flow. Water pressure at the nozzle can reach up to 20 bar. This system can spray slightly larger drops to increase wind or heat resistance during the treatments and to convey more water where required.
