CASE NO. 607F Consider a request of Andres A. Cuellar and
Jennifer Ashley Cuellar, owners, for thesignificance and compatibility review of theproposed replacement structure located at321 Normandy Ave under Demolition ReviewOrdinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in orderto demolish 100% of the existing mainstructure and construct a new single-familyresidence with detached accessory structure.
SUMMARY The applicant is seeking to demolish all
existing main and accessory structuresin order to construct a 2,746 square feetmain structure and a 420 square feetaccessory structure.

The proposed roof will be comprised ofa standing seam metal roof.
The existing home was built in 1925according to the Bexar County AppraisalDistrict.

This application was received prior tothe amendments to the RDS standardsand the applicant is utilizing somebonuses that will no longer beavailable to subsequent applications.

ARB RECOMMENDATION
On December 15, 2015 the ArchitecturalReview Board considered the request,found no significance in the existingstructure, found the proposedreplacement structure to be compatible,and recommended approval of thedemolition request.

within a 200-foot radius of the property,appropriate notice was posted on the Citywebsite and a sign was posted on theproperty
