The action level for dust that has been established for the project site is 0.15 mg/m 3 sustained over a 15-minute duration. From June 3 through August 21, 2020, the monitoring for airborne dust particulates was performed utilizing two pod mounted Aeroqual Dust Sentry dust monitors that were installed along the perimeter of the site. The dust monitors were situated at the eastern and western portions of the site perimeter located within the work area. A plan showing the approximate locations of each dust monitor is enclosed with this memorandum. In general, the results of dust monitoring did not indicate concentrations of airborne dust particulates in excess of the action level established in the RAM Plan. However, on August 8 th and 12 th , two isolated exceedances of the action level were recorded which were considered attributable to equipment working in close proximity to the dust monitor located along the western perimeter of the project site. Each exceedance was followed by dust level measurements that were below the above referenced action level. Charts which depict the results of each 15-minute dust measurement from both Aeroqual Dust Sentry dust monitors are enclosed with this memorandum. Summary of Dust Monitoring

(June 3 through August 31, 2020)

In order to prevent exposures to the general public, on-site monitoring of dust levels in the

ambient air during construction has been performed by McPhail Associates, LLC. The

environmental monitoring is being performed in accordance with the Release Abatement

Measure (RAM) Plan that was prepared for the project site and submitted to the DEP on

June 2, 2020. The RAM Plan has established levels for dust at which mitigation measures

will be necessary to prevent off-site exposure risks. The action level for dust that has been

established for the project site is 0.15 mg/m3 sustained over a 15-minute duration.

From June 3 through August 21, 2020, the monitoring for airborne dust particulates was

performed utilizing two pod mounted Aeroqual Dust Sentry dust monitors that were

installed along the perimeter of the site. The dust monitors were situated at the eastern

and western portions of the site perimeter located within the work area. A plan showing the

approximate locations of each dust monitor is enclosed with this memorandum.

In general, the results of dust monitoring did not indicate concentrations of airborne dust

particulates in excess of the action level established in the RAM Plan. However, on August

8th and 12th, two isolated exceedances of the action level were recorded which were

considered attributable to equipment working in close proximity to the dust monitor located

along the western perimeter of the project site. Each exceedance was followed by dust

level measurements that were below the above referenced action level. Charts which depict

the results of each 15-minute dust measurement from both Aeroqual Dust Sentry dust

monitors are enclosed with this memorandum.
