The Aikido Association of America is proud to announce an Aikido Friendship Seminar hosted by Tenshinkan dojo in Chicago, IL this October 16 to 18, 2015. Aikido instruction will be provided by Greg Noble Sensei and Stephen Tatsuo Toyoda Sensei.
Greg Tetsuzan Noble Sensei began his martial arts training at the early age of fifteen years. He is ranked rokudan Aikikai. The former chairperson for both the AWA technical committee and the AWA national testing committee he is now the Chief Instructor of Zenshinkai Aikido Association. Noble Sensei also has dan ranking in Muso Jikiden Eishin-ryu Iaido and Shindo Muso-ryu Jodo, as well as long-term formal training in Zen. Noble Sensei is a Zen Priest and Dharma Successor of Paul Genki Kahn Roshi
Stephen Tatsuo Toyoda, President of the Aikido Association of America and son of AAA founder Fumio Toyoda Shihan, has been studying Aikido since the age of three. Mr. Toyoda studied aikido in Japan as uchideshi under Y. Kobayashi Shihan. Mr. Toyoda is the dojo cho of Tenshinkan Dojo and teaches Aikido throughout the US, Europe and Middle East.
