HOW TO INSTALL

Download the installation file sent by AINA. Run the installation file and follow the procedure.1

Select the language to useduring the installation and click OK.

2Read the License Agreement, accept it andclick Next.

Select Start Menu folder and click Next. Click Browse to select a different folder.

4Select additional tasks while installing theapplication, then click Next.

8Press Finish when the installation has been completed.

Click Install to continue the installation, or click Back to review or change any settings.

The installer offers the Microsoft Visual C++installation. Please install this.

1. Choose to view your channel (group) or user list.2. Choose the zone in which there will be only the necessary channels.3. View online users and channels. Go to the appropriate channel by clicking on the channel

name.4. Press and hold the Push-to-Talk key to speak into the active channel (use the Esc key as

Dynamic groups4

1. Click on the Dynamic Group plugin.2. Drag a user from one group to another through Drag / Drop.3. Then click on Move or click on Create Dynamic Channel first to create a temporary

subgroup.

Lone Worker protection5

1. In order to use the Lone Worker protection, you must first initialize the users in the Settings of the Dispatcher console under Lone Worker and then click on Save.

Lone Worker Protection6

1. Click on the Lone Worker plugin.2. Select a user from the table for whom you want to enable Lone Worker Protection.3. Activate the desired functions and enter the required parameters in the submenu. Then

click on Save.

1. Click on the History plugin.2. Select a record, and then press the Play button. NOTE! The ability to listen to recorded

calls is set separately for each user in the AINA Talk Admin Console settings.

Local History8

1. To activate the submenu, go to the console’s Settings > Local History to enable it. Then click Save.

2. The local history is stored locally on your computer, unlike the History that is taken from the server. The Local History submenu is identical to the History submenu.

Emergency Journal9

1. Click on the Emergency Journal plugin.2. If an emergency message contains GPS coordinates, then the location icon is highlighted

and can be pressed. After pressing the icon, the console opens the Map Tools and shows the location from where the emergency signal was made with emergency icon and information about it.

Events Journal10

1. Click on the Events Journal plugin.2. Each new event is marked with a special label (blue bar on the side of the record). When

you click on a record, the label disappears. This will mean that the operator is notified of this event. At the top right you can click “Mark all as read” and all marks will disappear.

3. Click the speech bubble icon to leave a comment on a record.

Map Tools11

1. Click on Map Tools from the top menu of the console to see the GPS position of users currently online.

2. Toolbar: Depending on the selected function, the corresponding toolbar opens. Hover over each icon to see its function.
