All rental rates are subject to change without notice. Please call our store to verify current

rental rates prior to reserving an item.

Rates in this guide are for the piece of equipment only. Accessories, delivery, fuel, damage

waiver, hour meter charges and sales tax are not included in the rental rate.

For rental items with hour meters, Day Rate includes 8 hours of use. Week Rate includes

40 hours of use, and 4-Week Rate includes 160 hours of use. If hours of use are exceeded,

additional charges apply.

All equipment is sent out full of fuel. Customer is responsible for re-filling equipment with

fresh fuel prior to return. If customer does not re-fill equipment, Grand Rental Station will

re-fill the equipment and charge the customer 2.5 times the price of fuel at a Linwood,

Pennsylvania, fuel station. The additional price for fuel is charged to cover the labor and

In order to rent, customers must be 18 years of age, possess a current, valid driver's

license and a second form of ID. Payment is due in advance of rental and must be made

with a Visa, Master Card or American Express credit card. When equipment is returned in

good working order, customer may change payment method to cash or check.

All equipment is sent out in good working order. Equipment is to be returned in good

working order and in a clean condition. If loss or damage, excepting normal wear and tear

of everyday use, occurs to equipment while in customer's possession, customer is

responsible for all costs (including parts, freight and labor) that are incurred to return

equipment to proper working condition and to its original appearance.

Customer's vehicle is expected to be ready to transport equipment. Rental rates do not

include hitches, balls or straps. If customer's vehicle needs any of these items, GRS has

them available for rental or purchase.

How to calculate the weekend rental rate for items reserved in advance :

Fri a.m. - Sat 8 a.m. = 1 Day Fri 4 p.m. - Mon 8 a.m. = 2 Day

Fri a.m. - Sat p.m. = 2 Day Sat a.m. - Sat p.m. = 1 Day

Fri a.m. - Mon 8 a.m. = 3 Day Sat a.m. - Mon 8 a.m. = 2 Day

Fri 4 p.m. - Sat 8 a.m. = 4 Hour Sat 4 p.m. - Mon 8 a.m. = 1 Day

Fri 4 p.m. - Sat after 8 a.m. = 1 Day

For items NOT reserved in advance on Saturday pick ups after 9:00 a.m., the rate is

Sat 9 a.m. - Sat 4:30 p.m. = 1 Day

Sat 9 a.m. - Mon 8:00 a.m. = 1 Day

Note: Items return after 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Mondays will accrue additional charges.
