Business Process Reengineering (BPR): ): We are helping the U.S. Navy achieve BPR for
personnel systems modernization efforts. In facilitating the Navy Bureau of Personnel’s
modernization, we are modeling and engineering low technical risk, DoD standards-
compliant process changes to help the Navy create a single system of record for increased
auditability, accountability, accuracy, and integrity of enterprise business processes. We
employ a standard, repeatable methodology focused on the impact of requirements
change through the entire system to enhance operating efficiencies.
Integrated Pay and Personnel System: We are currently implementing what will be the largest
single pay and personnel system for the U.S. Army, serving the ever-changing, global needs of 1
million military personnel. The largest, most complex PeopleSoft implementation in the world,
IPPS-A will be the single, authoritative source for Active Army, Guard, and Reserve personnel
and pay data.
Portfolio Sustainment and Modernization: CACI is providing development,
implementation, sustainment, and modernization of an integrated suite of software
applications, hardware, and IT infrastructure solutions for U.S. Army Reserve and Army
National Guard missions. Through the Reserve Component Automation Systems, we
provide a standardized, integrated solution that links 10,500+ Guard and Reserve units at
over 4,000 locations.
Force Management: CACI’s RM online is a custom tailored solution offering that tracks
resources and total force requirements. Our web-based integrated resource management
system for budgeting, manpower, and personnel helps leverage the full value of complex
resource management processes for major Army commands and other DoD agencies. RM
online combines budget, personnel, and other system data feeds to automate reporting
and improve mission planning and execution activities.
