FACTSHEETPolyJet-TG-2.Air interlacing for the spin-drawing process

English

The PolyJet-TG-2 allows replacement of jets of different sizes and interlacingcharacteristics on the same holder. This allows a quick response to changingmarket trends.

PolyJet-TG-2

Air interlacingIn air interlacing, an air blast is used to mechanically intermingleindividual yarn filaments together. The resulting interlacing knotsprovide the required yarn compactness. This allows higher pro-cessing speeds, resulting in improved package build and a re-duced number of filament and yarn breaks during subsequentprocesses.

Jet programPolyJet-TG-2 HNThe proven PolyJet-TG-2 HN ensures improved fault-free pack-age build and smooth package unwinding during the subsequentprocess.

PolyJet-TG-2 HN TopAirThe additional air streams of the PolyJet-TG-2 TopAir induce alarge number of uniform and strong interlacing knots. At thesame time, air consumption is reduced, as a large count can beprocessed. Alternatively, optimum performance is achieved at alower working air pressure. The additional air streams providefor very gentle interlacing.

PolyJet-TG-2 PPThe PolyJet-TG-2 PP allows gentle interlacing with soft interla-cing knots. The jet offers a particularly high degree of uniformityat low air pressure.
