Training Need Analysis Systematic method for determining what causes
performance to be less than expected or required
It helps to determine whether a deficiency can becorrected through training or not
Accomplishes following important things:
- Increases chances that time and money spent ontraining would be spent wisely
- Determines benchmark for evaluation of training
- Increases the motivation of participants
- Aligns training activities with the strategic plan
