• Based on the Blue Mosque in Istanbul

• Domes and windows

• Four pencil-shaped Minarets measuring 65 meters

• 60 artists from Morocco decorated the interior

• Hand-made Islamic art took 1 year

• The carpet was commission in Germany

• The Mosque is a major landmark in Dubai

• It has attracted more than 12,000 tourists since it opened in 2011

• The Mosque has also welcome diplomats from around the world including a delegation from former US President Jimmy Carter’s office

• Other delegate visits include the UK, US, France, Germany, Belarus and Kosovo as well as visitors from numerous global corporations
