CASE NO. 650F Consider a request of Audra Kerr, owner, for

the significance and compatibility review ofthe existing structure located at 248 W.Castano under Demolition ReviewOrdinance No. 1860 in order to demolish100% of the exterior facing walls byencapsulation and replace the existingexterior finish materials with new exteriorfinish materials.
