Advertiser agrees to purchase. Occupy and pay for advertising space services from Alaska Stateside Marketing. Inc.. d.b.a.

Alaska Visitors Center, located at 733 West 4th Avenue Ste. 204, Anchorage, Alaska 99501. Advertiser acknowledges that

this contract is non-cancelable during the contract period. AVC reserves the right to reject any advertising deemed

libelous, illegal, or objectionable.

Conditions of Agreement: The person signing this contract warrants that he/she has the full authority to sign this contract on

behalf of the Advertiser and acknowledges receiving copy of said contract.

Literature: Distribution literature (brochures, magazines. newspapers. menus. etc.) shall be provided to the AVC location at

733 West 4th Avenue Ste. 204, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 in sufficient quantities to till placement type desired. All submitted

advertising material must conform to size and dimensional requirements established by the AVC. Refer to the AVC Rate Sheet

as to current required sizes.

Display Advertising: Materials for Display Advertising shall be provided to the AVC location at 733 West 4th Avenue Ste.

204, Anchorage, Alaska 99501. All submitted Display Advertising material must conform to size and dimensional

requirements established at the AVC. Refer to the AVC Rate Sheet as to current required sizes. Limitation of Liability:

Advertiser acknowledges that AVC cannot guarantee advertising results and that no promises of guaranteed results have been

made. It is also understood that results or the lack of results will in no way affect -advertiser’s liability to AVC.

Placement: Position of an advertisement material is not guaranteed. AVC reserves the right to make the final decision as to

location and placement of all advertising materials.

Payment: The price of advertising space or services is in accordance with the current AVC Rate Sheet which becomes an

integral part of this agreement. Prepayment is required. Cash, check or approved credit cards are accepted for payments. A $25

SERVICE FEE will be assessed for checks returned due to insufficient funds. It is agreed that any collection expenses or legal

fees incurred in the collecting of this agreement shall be paid by advertiser.
