The Albany CentreThe Albany Learning and Conference Centre is operatedby Glasgow Council for the Voluntary Sector. Its main roleis to provide a dedicated development centre forGlasgow’s voluntary sector organisations. The AlbanyCentre also functions as a venue for meetings, eventsand conferences.

Every-day First AidLearn simple and easy to remember first aid skills. Relaxed and informal, thissession uses everyday scenarios and items. Led by the British Red Cross.

The Alexander Technique with Michal SegalThe Alexander Technique works by helping you to identify and prevent theharmful postural habits that aggravate, or may be the cause of stress, pain andunder-performance. An effective yet simple and practical method forself-improvement and self-help.
