1. Gather your supplies: tissue paper, multicolored construction paper, a pencil, double-sided tape, scissors, toothpicks and mini lights. 3. Cut out the alien stencil. 5. Cut the alien head out. Once this has been cut, there should be two aliens connected by a fold at the top. Cut the alien eyes out on only one side of the paper. Repeat until you have enough aliens for a whole strand. 7. Measure out tissue paper and cut it so that it is the same size as the alien head. 9. Tape the other side closed as well. 4. Gather a piece of construction paper and fold it in half. en, place the alien stencil with its head slightly over the top of the paper that has the fold and trace the stencil (including the eyes). 6. Using a toothpick, poke a small hole into the center of the eyes on the side that has not been cut out. 8. Using double-sided tape, attach the tissue paper to the side of the alien head that has the eyes cut out. Trim any excess tissue paper that is hanging off the edges. 10. Insert the lights into the part of the alien head with the small holes that have been created by the toothpicks. 11.
