Communication: I posses a variety of communication skills which have been developed in various presentations

conservational skills in my job roles have further enhanced my communication skills.
Team Orientation: I am a reliable member of any team orientated task, willing to put in maximum effort and help the
group succeed. I am an adaptable individual who is able to lead a team and use constructive communication to direct a team
to scheduled conclusions.
Self Motivation: Setting up and implementing Dolphin Drinks Catering Service required a considerable amount of self
motivation. I had to have the drive to succeed throughout this business venture; from finding a niche gap in the market and
tailoring leaflets to intended audiences to actually working at events and ensuring the reputation of the service was
maintained.

The Words Biggest Coffee Morning, Volunteer
• Supporting fundraising managers with day to day tasks including donor care calls, coordinating press releases and
managing social media presences.
• Representing Macmillan at various charity events in the area and communicating with local community groups
meant I had to be enthusiastic and dedicated to the cause at all times.
• Jointly responsible for the day to day management of social media presences including Facebook and Twitter.
Working jointly on tasks meant I had to be flexible and adaptable to other peoples working methods and
requirements.
Dolphin Drinks Summer Catering Service, Shawford, Hampshire Summer‘10
Business Owner
• Creation of a tailored drinks catering service, hand delivered fifty leaflets and created posters.
• Demonstrated use of innovative methods and use of creative problem solving to find a gap in the market.
• Self motivation and efficiency meant I was able to provide a flawless service which resulted in repeat custom and
excellent testimonials.
• Creation of a portfolio based on customer testimonials and images has shown a good demonstration of portfolio
skills.

Telemarketing Executive
• Personally responsible for creating and implementing a telemarketing strategy from start to finish. This was aimed
at selling IT products and services. Confidence and good telephone skills were imperative to ensure that this was a
success.
• Attending a two day IT conference where I was able to learn about emerging product lines, talk to company
representatives and learn new sales techniques.

Website Design
• Designing and implementing a six page corporate website for James Ormerod, providing an online presence which
promotes golf tuition and coaching. Innovation and creativity skills were vital in this role to ensure the client was
satisfied with the result.
• Communicating with the client on a regular basis, gaining their input and feedback at numerous stages throughout
the process enabled me to provide excellent client focus and then ultimately a tailored website which fulfilled all
the requirements specified.

• Supporting account managers researching potential campaign voices on Twitter and Facebook. I had to be reliable
and punctual as many of the tasks had short deadlines and expectations were high.
• Monitoring and recording word of mouth data from social networking sites and drafting potential engagements for
campaigns teams such as STA Travel and Miele.

• Accountable for creating and implementing a promotion strategy to drive golf days and function enquiries.
