PACKAGE TIMING

• One hour ceremony rehearsal • Facility access 3 hours prior to ceremony• Up to five hours total for ceremony and reception• Eight Hours total on-site

Base price: $4,500.00 ($4,000 Sunday–Friday)Plus food starting at $25 per person

• 18% Gratuity on total package • 8.6% Missouri State Sales Tax• 2.0% Kansas City Food and Beverage

PAYMENT DETAILS

• 1st Payment is the $1000 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date and time

• 2nd Payment is the remainder of the base price ($3500) due 60 days prior to event.

• Final Payment and guest count due 10 days prior to event date.

WEDDING BUFFET PREPARED ON SITE

Includes 2 Meats, 2 Sides, Salad, Dinner Rolls or Buns, Iced Tea, Water, and Coffee (20 cups).

Served on Glass Dinner Plate with Water Glass, and Silverware rolled in a Linen Napkin Color of Choice.
