Inside the Hilton Austin
We serve as the Business Center for the Hilton Hotel and Convention Center, which is directly across the street from the Austin Convention Center.
One of the benefits of having your event here is that you now have access to a full service print shop on site at the Hilton! Our goal is to provide full service printing, shipping, and other business services so that your stay and event in Austin will be completely enjoyable and hassle free.
We are so excited you are coming to Austin!
This catalog serves as a guide to some of the full service printing options available from The UPS Store. We can always quote custom options that are not reflected in this guide, so just contact us with your request and we will be happy to accommodate.
The print supplier for The UPS Store network serves over 4400 stores and uses industry leading equipment and technology, so no matter how big your print needs are, we can handle them.
Our goal is to be as competitively priced as anywhere you can find, so if you find a better price just let us know and we will most likely beat it.
A couple other reasons why you should order your convention printing through The UPS Store:• Printing is expensive to ship! Do not pay to ship your printing to Austin and then pay a receiving fee at the hotel/convention center to receive it. Instead, have your printing waiting for you on site with no additional delivery fees!
• Printing is also expensive to check on an airline. Avoid the frustration and arrive to your printed materials on location.
• We can email and/or mail proofs ahead of time, so you can be confident that your quality expectations will be delivered.
• You have the option to charge your printing to your account with Hilton.
Conference Printing
ShippingWe receive, sign for, store, and deliver your shipments to your meeting room or hotel room (handling fees apply). When your stay is over, we can ship your items out directly from our store or pick them up from your meeting room or hotel room. Our fees are lower than third party drayage companies. Business Services Faxing, notary, scanning, self-service copying and computer time rental are all available from our Business Center inside the lobby of the Hilton.
Signs & Banners
Professionally printed signage, POP displays, and backdrops are an essential component to any trade show. We work with one of the largest sign and banner printers in the nation to ensure your materials are top quality at the best prices in the industry.

Our Tension Displays consist of a lightweight but durable aluminum hardware and a Fabric Dye-Sublimated Print. The hardware is inserted inside the print, much like a pillow into a pillowcase. The 8oz fabric print is stretched tight across the frame and zipped close. Can add 2 LED snap on lights.

This protective container is compatible with all of our trade show displays. Two heavy-duty buckles secure the lid to the body to ensure every piece of your display components arrives at its destination safely. The hard case also doubles as a podium that can be used to demonstrate products or to exhibit promotional literature. What type of files should I send? We recommend saving as a PDF. You may also send the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, eps, and png.We prefer that you send PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. PDF’s are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around.
What color mode should my files be? If you send us an RGB file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job. You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode.
What resolution should my file be? We need 300 dpi files. Low resolution files may be printed as is or will be placed on hold until we receive new files, slowing your turn-around.
How should I set up my bleed? Bleed must extend past the cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during the final cutting phase. When the image is required to extend all the way to the edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and the quality of the final product. Please keep all text at least 0.125” inside the cut-line. • The bleed for Standard Products is 0.125”. • The bleed for Booklets and Presentation Folders is 0.25”.
