Heavy-duty torsion springs provide maximum trip edge performance and outstanding reliability and durability.

Base angle (cutting edges) trip independently, significantly reducing impacts from lower obstacles such as manhole covers while the BOSS full moldboard trip

protects against taller obstructions (6 inches or more) such as frozen snow banks - in vee, scoop and angled positions.

The DXT utilizes SmartHitch2 and the same electrical system and controls as RT3

plows for convenience and ease of use. The DXT family utilizes the same durable, fully enclosed, weather-protected hydraulic system used by the entire

BOSS line up for hassle-free, low-maintenance operation in even the worst conditions.

The DXT family features the flared-wing design and perfor-mance of Power-V XTs, for max snow throwing performance.

THE BOSS BX-12 is designed to maximize efficiency and minimize wear and tear. It features a segmented trip-edge which allows the part of the cutting edgethat comes into contact with an obstruction to trip independently of the rest of the cutting edge.

Each plow is designed to attach to any skid steer vehicle thanks to a universal coupler system. The B-8 and B-10 feature attachment plates with built-in float and pivot features which keep the blade firmly on the ground and at an optimal angle while negotiating roughterrain. An exclusive bolt-on wing design ensures that if a wing is bent, a new one can be quickly and easily bolted-on.

Completely self-contained, ultra durable spreader unit designed for ice and snow control. The rugged design

allows for use with salt, sand and other materials. The complete assembly mounts easily on pickup, dump and platform trucks making it ideal for

municipalities, shopping malls, industries, hospitals and private

ELECTRIC MOTORS – Two ultra-quiet 12-volt DC direct-drive motors power

the conveyor and spinner, and are encased in a heavy-duty housing. The wiring harness is constructed of 10-

gauge automotive wire. An in-cab console features independent controls

for the conveyor and spinner.

A 11.5" polymer disc with four fins is connected to a 3/4" diameter shaft secured on the pillow block

and motor bearing. Adjustable deflectors allow for complete directional spread control and full or

compact spread. Total spread radius ranges from 2' to 30'. The extra wide rear deflector protects the

rear and under carriage of the vehicle.

STAINLESS STEEL MATERIAL HOPPER – Electrically welded high-quality grade 304 stain-

less steel components, including: Hopper, Hopper Supports, Hopper Floor, Gussets, Spin-ner Chute Assembly, Deflectors & Engine Hood.

FEEDGATE – Lever operated with a friction lock for accurate adjustment.

CONVEYOR – The conveyor is made of 12" wide all-steel pintle

chain with 3/16" x 3/4" cross bars.

SPINNER CHUTE ASSEMBLY – Chute height can be adjusted by using upper or lower set of

holes located on the bottom of upper chute weldment and under internal baffles selectors. Adjustable shaft can be connected in two posi-tions: upper and lower. Two sets of holes are

located in upper and lower portions of coupler.

•FEEDGATE – Lever operated with a friction lock for accurate adjustment.

•ELECTRIC THROTTLE CONTROL – Throttle control unit allows for full-range of throttle settings, including idle and

full choke, via the in-cab hopper control box. Use of electric

throttle control eliminates cable freezing, binding and breaking.

•ENGINE – Heavy-duty 10.5 horsepower Briggs & Strattonidustrial/commercial gas engine. Engine comes equipped with alternator and 12 volt electric starter with in-cab start/stop and electric throttle control (standard). Entire engine is completely protected by the convenient hinged hood.
